We stayed here for 4 nights when visiting Amman and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quiet and we found the room suite comfortable for a family of 3 adults. The beds were comfortable, good shower. The breakfast was outstandingly good. The staff were very nice. The only problem we had was that we found the rooms hot even with the heating switched off. It was about 19C during the day, colder 10C at night. I had thought the hotel had a/c but this was not switched on while we were there, only the heat and we were told to open our windows. Unfortunately this meant we could here the nearby very busy road. I think the hotel management should take guests requests into account and if they advertise a/c rooms, that should be in the guests control.

Decent looked hotel with spacious room. Price generally affordable and reasonable. Although the room's interior a little bit old style and some part got a little bit stain but not really a big deal. 30-45 mins walk to the rainbow street, advise to take a taxi to the city centre.

Great, comfortable room with nice, hot shower and king size bed. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Staff is super accomodating and helpful. They helped us make phone calls (the airline lost my bag) and even ordered a pizza for us when we arrived super late at night. Such friendly people--really some of the kindest I've met in all my travels.

Spacious room with Sitting room/kitchenette area and large bedroom with king size bed. We booked two adjoining rooms and it worked out very nicely for our family. The space was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and had good water pressure as well as plenty of hot water. Location is walking distance to a mall for dining and shopping or a quick taxi/Uber ride to the Roman theatre and other historic sites. Reception was very welcoming and helpful with advise about the area and they arranged a car to pick us up from the airport which was very much appreciated as the driver met us with a sign and made it all very easy. Great service all around and a nice place to stay.

Room tip: Adjoining rooms work well for family travel

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 3. It was a better option than a hotel room as there was a foldout bed in the lounge plus a separate bedroom. There’s a little kitchenette in the corner of the lunge which has no cutlery, plates or anything, but you can ask for some.
The breaksfast was included and was very nice, a good spread.
There’s not loads of places close by to eat but we managed to walk and find some. It’s in a business type district so there’s not loads of amenities if that’s what you are after. We went to the Landmark Hotel round the corner for dinner which was nice.
