Loved the location of this hotel. Staff were super super friendly on all fronts and very accommodating. the owner is unique and helps the community in many ways. The chef Ron was awesome and they even give you cooking lessons if you like. The front desk was super helpful to get taxis and to arrange ground transportation for a tour of Amman. When you get here, you can get all your needs met in one shot. i highly recommend this place for a real Amman experience of locals, food and live music at the hotel every night. The location is right downtown and close to all the best shopping. Stay here and enjoy their hospitality. Amman Pasha hotel is very popular . The owner is very unique and he does alot to help out the Amman community. you can get a massage, learn Jordanian cooking and do all your shopping etc. from this one location.

Room tip: Rooms are all quiet.

The hotel was in a great location in the old town of Amman. Close to lots of shops and places to eat. It was right across the road to the Roman theatre and up the hill behind the hotel was the citadel.

The hotel has a onsite restaurant both on the ground floor and also the rooftop.

I definitely recommend doing the free walking tour with Muhammad, he grew up in the city and will tell you how it’s changed so much over the years.

Rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade.

The hotel was centrally located, ight in front of the Roman theatre and a few minutes walk uphill to the Citadal. The rooms are basic but fine for the price. I would say the rooftop terrace is one of its best features as the view is incredible.

The hotel also offers a free walking tour. Muhammad was a really friendly, he told us he grew up in Amman before it became big and took the time to explain the history and culture of the downtown area. The tour was not your stereotypical tour as it did not include the citadel or the Roman theater but if you are interested in learning about more about the area then this is the tour for you.

Overall it was a decent stay, one suggestion would be that they clean our room more frequently as we stayed for 4 nights and our room wasn't cleaned. However, when we asked for towels and refreshments, the hotel staff were very willing to help.

The staff make this place. Rooms are basic and there is some road noise, but the beds are comfy and there is plenty of hit water and good showers. Nice restaurant on site and excellent breakfasts. Try the omlette for 2JD extra, you won't regret it. They serve alcohol in the restaurant and on the roof terrace, which has great views. Tours of the old town markets and recent history led by Mohammed leave at 10 and 3 every day. Mohammed is a doubt of local knowledge having lived in the area for many years. Well worth doing to orient yourself. You just have to tip him at the end (2 hours). Other tours can be arranged through the hotel and they change money at good rates. Very close to restaurants and downtown shops, the Citadel etc. We liked it here.

The Pasha Hotel offers a free walking tour. Muhammad was a great guide. He is from Amman and grew up here before it became the large city it is today. He took us all through the downtown area and explained the history. The tour didn't include anything about the Roman ruins, but it was very interesting because it was different.
