We do sincerely apologise for the fact that your order for espresso was not met as the lobby coffee shop ran out of espresso that night. As for the Turkish coffee priced at JOD 2.552 inclusive of tax, we value you opinion.
In regards to self laundry service, we do not have dedicated washing machines in our rooms or floors, but we have laundry service and you can request dry cleaning/washing/ironing as per laundry form available in your room.
