This hotel is located in the outskirts of Amman, in a low scale neighborhood, on a busy highway. Although it could be considered a decent option following the Jordanian standards, it's far from what an international traveler would expect. Everything is written in Arabic, including the name outside, so even finding this place can be challenging. The apartments are large and spacious, with nice beds. Everything else looks old and dirty. Missing keys on remote controllers and appliances, things that don't work or the water heater that doesn't fit into the power outlet add up to the overall impression. Heating comes only from the AC unit, so it's noisy and not very effective. The windows don't shut properly so outside noise is present 24/7.

Room Tip: Find a different hotel.

Stayed here Oct 13 for 12 days,+returned Nov 15th for 2 days. Room had 2 beds, large sat.TV, sofa and armchairs, bathroom(shower+HOT water)and kitchen with fridge. A/C was quiet and gave out a lot of warmth. The owner and staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is on a busy crossroads, every shop you could need nearby. Most of the residents seemed to be Saudi from the University.I can recommend Al Ballouti for single women(me!).As my flight home was at 17.00, I was allowed to stay in my room till the taxi came, a big bonus. Value for money was excellent + there was no traffic noise.Easy to visit Jordans tourist sites from this location.

Room Tip: 2nd + 3rd floor (lift) rooms were similar,no outside windows.

No frills hotel with large rooms.... I believe the building was originally meant for apartments. We stayed here as a stopover on the way to Jerash in order to skip the traffic in Downtown Amman.

Pros: Spacious rooms, clean, friendly service, 5 mins from main road to Jerash
Cons: Heating only sufficient for bedroom, difficult to find (no English signage), not much for the tourist in the vicinity, WiFi was spotty
