Tel Aviv is known for many things and attractions, cultural, culinary, innovation and more - yet in it's heart the 'white city's a wonderful place to just walk around and see all the beautiful buildings renovated and preserved to show the beautiful architectural style over 100 years from Central Europe. No wonder it was recognized as an UNESCO preserved site - recommended...

Wasting of time, buildings are not impressive; basically its a small area with grey buildings. You can find that in any city, I believe.

As a recently created city, its architecture is also different and even unique. Bauhaus architectured buildings are sprinkled at different corners and points in the city. Maybe this is the only attraction for me as a traveler rather than seeing 'modern' buildings, beaches and so on. Worth to see !

Very functional and minimalist architecture but it spells taste. The building is punctuated by the protruding balconies to break the monotonous. It is the largest collection of Bauhaus design outside of Berlin.

The architecture is unique and the story of Tel Aviv as an artistic center would not be complete without understanding this section of the city. It does make the city have a "glow" all its own and rivals that of Jerusalem stone architecture.
