They advertized it as ultra luxury PH, so we booked it for 10 nights. We were so surprised at what it looked like when we arrived. It is in a 4 story dilapidated building and in need of repair. We were told to call them 10 minutes before our arrival so that they would meet us there, however, this was not the case and a key was just left for us outside the apartment wrapped up in a dirty piece of paper. The apartment felt dirty, and hot on arrival and the a/c had dirty vents.They left a load of laundry in the drier. The walls were all chipped and scuffed up all over the entire apartment. We tried using the dryer, but were forced to hang up the clothes because it would never dry. It's on a busy street and very noisy in the morning. We could not figure out how to work the t.v. and the elevator broke while we were there, forcing us to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. The front door and back door of the bldg were always left open, and we didn't feel safe at all sleeping there.The 2nd lock on the front door was broken. Towels were old looking, didn't feel clean and bathrooms are small and need updating. We decided to vacate this apartment early and move to a hotel. We were totally disappointed with this $350.00/night expensive rental, additional cleaning fee of $150.00 and annoyed at flipkey for their outrageous booking fee of $171.00.
