Description: Kitchen Market is a contemporary fusion restaurant above the farmers' market in Tel Aviv's famous port Namal which is a popular destination for foodies. The market is a source of the finest ingredients, brought up straight to the kitchen. Pure flavors, made with passion by talented Israeli chef Yossi Shitrit, for people that love food. Overlooking the lively harbor and food market you can enjoy a great and bustling atmosphere while eating dinner, ending your evening with a stunning and romantic ocean view sunset.

This is not the first time I visit this restaurant. It was a big disappointment. The beer was not cold, so was the water. Food is fancy but some not so tasty. Ravioli was too salty and some of the deserts were not good. Very expensive without real reason. Disappointment. Will not go again.

We read about great restaurants to try in Tel Aviv before we came to visit and were lucky to get a reservation here. The server asked us if we wanted her to select dishes for us to try--which we are always game to do. After answering a few questions about our preferences we set out to enjoy an amazing meal of small sharing plates imaginatively conceived and created with top fresh ingredients. With a view of the ocean and sunset we had excellent cocktails, delicious Israeli wines, and a series of delightful dishes. We live in L.A. and travel the world just to experience amazing restaurants and this was certainly worth the visit.

This is a busy, unpretentious place, where lack of decor ie easily forgotten in favor of fantastic food. It makes perfect sense to go there while hungry and order everything on the menu as their food is s-ooo good.
