Forget the fact they mention there’s a balcony with a view on the ocean: There’s space enough to fit a stool. 100 feet from the beach and close to Carmel market, Dizengoff center and all the good restaurants and bars. Comfortable room with good bed, wifi, air con, coffee maker, fridge, everything you need. The best is the rooftop for sunset with free food and wine. Also snacks and coffee day and night. Good breakfast too. Cordial staff but the French lady there is very friendly and extremely helpful. I would stay there again.

Perfect little place 50m from the beach.
Great service. Details are well managed too.
Room was clean and modern. View to the beach and sunset.
Great breakfast served in the lobby area.
Liked it a lot. Will return.

Stayed here for four days and found it to be a really nice hotel in a great location and very near to the beautiful beaches.
The room was quite small but modern, clean and bright and had two balconies, one of which had a partial sea view, although both of them were far too small to sit out on! The bathroom was also quite small but had a great, powerful shower and a Jacuzzi type bath.
The breakfasts were delicious, with lots of fresh produce to choose from including fruit, yoghurts, cheeses, salad, breads and pastries, we really enjoyed them. We did think it was a strange concept though having the breakfast area right by the main door and literally in front of the reception, especially as the receptionists were not very friendlyl!
The 24/7 coffee, cookies and juice was really appreciated and a great idea and we also enjoyed the drinks on the roof terrace one night where the view of the sunset was stunning.
All in all, it was a very nice stay and we would recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Here is why:

The Pro's
Very good location near the beach, free bikes, 15 mins to Jaffa by bike, 10 mins to Rothschild Boulevard by bike, coffee, water, juice and sweet snacks all day (also to go), free wine and snacks after 6pm at the rooftop bar, very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice boutique style hotel, next to tourist office, friendly other guests.

The Con's
Two buildings between hotel and the beach but sea view still possible from couple of rooms, noisy air condition on roof of next building therefore opening balcony door was not relaxing (8th floor), balconies very small (2 persons standing)

General
Good to know: no meat for breakfast, but variety of eggs, vegetables, good bread and baguettes, cheese, yoghurt, cereals...
