We visited Jerusalem for 2 days and stayed here based on a recommendation and now I recommend this hotel highly! What a lovely area of Jerusalem this is to stay. The neighborhood is so walkable and lovely. The hotel itself is a treasure; the rooms are spacious and the windows open to a peaceful neighborhood. There is a quaint seating area outside in the courtyard, and a lobby that has 24 hour coffee or tea for the guests. In the morning and the early evening there are treats and fruits put out. Breakfast is down the street at a cute café that partners with the hotel where you can get and amazing Israeli breakfast included in your room stay. This is a lovely place to stay in Jerusalem!

The hotel is located in a a very nice neighborhood and close to many attractions.
The design is beautiful.
However, the level of services does not fit the price.
The room is very small. There is no minibar. It is not clean enough to my opinion.
The maintenance of the room is poor.
The breakfast during weekdays is served in a close bagels shop. On Saturday cold boxed breakfast is being served. Very disappointing especially compared to Israeli breakfast served in other hotels at a similar level and even lower levels.

Enjoyed very much hospitality and calm atmosphier. Great personal. In the heart of colorful residential area close to the major attraction of Jerusalem . Cosmopolitical and open Greece community add great spirit to this place

We were looking for a hotel in a residential area and we found it!. The staff and the guests were very friendly and we met people from all over the world. The hotel is lovely but the rooms could use a complete renovation. While they have excellent toiletries the bathroom could use a makeover. We had a room with a small balcony that faced the side, so no view to speak of. The hotel does not have a kitchen so no ice. There is an excellent bagel cafe about 100 yards away and many other restaurants within walking distance. I have an arthritic knee and the walk was not difficult. This hotel is in a beautiful religious neighborhood. We were here during Sukkot and everything was closed for the entire day. The grocery and restaurants reopened at 8 pm. The hotel provided breakfast and boxed food for the guests. If you want an authentic experience this is the hotel for you. I felt very connected to the environment and the people. I much preferred this experience to staying in the center.

Great hotel with good service in a calm neighborhood. But still just 50 meters to one of the main roads with a lot of restaurants and stores.
20 min walk and you reach the Jaffa gate to the old city. I would for sure stay here the next time I travel to Jerusalem.
