This hotel was practically across the street from the walled city of Old Jerusalem. The street was relatively quiet. There was wi-fi available in the room as well as the lobby. The room was comfortable, modern bathroom, clean and modestly priced. The breakfast which was included had a reasonable variety of items including fruit. The staff, particularly at breakfast were very attentive.

A nice, clean hotel. Not extravagant, but well above a budget standard Very handy for the Old City and the Garden Tomb (10 minutes' walk) Breakfast was good, but dinner was a bit pricey. The staff were pleasant and helpful. My room (215) had a walk-in shower, but no balcony. Some rooms have balconies, but the roof terrace has fabulous view of Old Jerusalem, Mount of Olives and Dome of the Rock.

Room Tip: My room (215) had a walk-in shower. The street below was a bit noisy, but quietened at about 11pm

I had a great stay at the Holyland Hotel and it is such a shame that more people aren't visiting. The room was great! Spotlessly clean, really powerful shower, comfy bed and nice toiletries. The hotel is well located and the breakfast was great!

Room Tip: I think some rooms have been renovated

Well place hotel within nice and friendly neighbourhood
A relaxing place where you can stroll around for good quality merchandise brand
Friend of mine bought ray bans just in front the hotel from nice young guy who sells quite number of shades
And in same row a grocery store and a restaurant just in case you need something
To me, I stay at this hotel due to its proximity to old quarter of Jerusalem, a good place for history buff like me!

Room Tip: Try quad Room for people traveling with friends

Somewhat hidden on a side parking spot on the border of east Jerusalem and the old city the location has simple and clean rooms (try to avoid the street side) with a simple breakfast.
Staff speak english (but little else) and are generally more or less helpful.
Visitors are mostly groups (sometimes from exotic locations) on pilgramage (muslim and christian)

Room Tip: try to avoid the street facing rooms on the western by north-western side
