Our family (which included 7 women--1 grandmother, 3 daughters, and 3 granddaughters) totally enjoyed our stay on Shabbat at the Alegra Hotel. The setting in an old, quaint building in Ein Karem is beautiful, the rooms are unique and clean, and the outside space and gardens are lovely and perfect for relaxing. The staff (especially Sapir) was extremely attentive and caring. Everyone went out of their way to help us feel pampered and truly catered to all our special requests and needs. In spite of the restrictions due to the Coronavirus situation at this time, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast which we ate outside in the garden. We felt safe sitting in the dining room/lobby as staff and visitors wore masks. Stepping out of the hotel, we ambled through the special alleyways and landmarks of beautiful Ein Karem. We look forward to our next visit (post Covid-19) when the spa will be open again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We celebrated our recent wedding anniversary with a visit to Jerusalem and staying in Alegra. Everything was perfect, fine and beautiful.
Definitely waiting to visit again with Erez.
Sapir, the receptionist, was super nice and helpful.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday with other two couples, from the moment we arrived we felt the magic of Alegra, we were great by wonderful receptionist , we were personally escorted to our beautiful room in there new wing, the room was well designed, wonderful amenities, sheets, big size TV, complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. Delicious breakfast was served to in on their amazing roof terrace. Spend the day in Ein Karem and back to the hotel from more relaxation.
Any request we had was immediately taken care of with a big smile.
Thank you Alegra team for wonderful and another memorable stay.

A classy, cultural experience in a beautiful authentic Jerusalem-built house. Top to bottom, quality experience, amazing service and incredible views. Attention to details and kind caring service, cater to every need with a smile. The pastoral gardens with various sitting areas give a unique experience each place. Beautiful view to Jerusalem mountains... good music in the background with delicious wine. Lovely spa too... all in all, amazing. Comfy beds, cozy sitting areas, decadent breakfast. Was lovely!

I stayed at Allegra over the weekend with three girlfriends and we had the most soothing relaxing experience! The rooms were shiny clean, comfy relaxing beds, amazing quiet garden with romantic hidden spots, we had fresh tasty breakfast made for us and the service was kind and caring, would definitely recommend!
