One of the better hotels we have stayed in.
Very comfortable and clean the happy hour is just a lovely touch. Nearly a meal in itself. Free wine, tea coffee. As well as snacks and pasta dishes.
No problem with street parking with a side entrance to the hotel for guests so you do not have to climb quite a steep hill.
Wifi the best we have had in a hotel.
Two very minor faults. One breakfast was good but not amazing I think they could of offered fried eggs and omelettes. Also for our first breakfast that we were there for the coffee machine didn't work.
Second the balcony light is centrally controlled so you can't sit outside very late at night.
But highly recommend the hotel for comfort and decor. If you can worth upgrading for a room with a balcony.

the hotel was wonderful.
we loved the warm feeling we had during our stay.
the room and lobby were beautiful and we felt very spoiled.
the service was splendid and our children were treated like princesses

when it was time to live our children asked to stay...
the hotel is close to many beautiful places in Haifa and we traveled by foot most of the time.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a big heart. Smartly decorated and staff very responsive to guests' needs.
We had a family medical emergency in Tel Aviv and being familiar with the Atlas Hotel chain, the staff made the plans for us for booking us in Tel Aviv.
Erez, the hotel manager and his staff were very gracious.

Room Tip: Every room is smartly designed.

We stayed for the third time at Bay club last week. I still find this hotel to be very nicely designed, well kept and having a very friendly staff. The location is great as well - we walked to the Nisnas valley for the Christmas festivities and took the Carmelit from the nearby station to go up the Carmel.
But, this time we were a party of three adults, so we ordered a triple room.
We got a room with a double bed, and a very spartan folding bed attached to it. It was really uncomfortable and oddly sized. So the person who got to sleep on this one really did not feel like he was staying in a posh boutique hotel.
They have a free buffet in the afternoon, but the food could be fresher and the selection wider. The same is true for the breakfast.
We still love this hotel and we will recommend it, but not for more than a couple.

Room Tip: avoid the rooms near the elevator.

This is a hotel that I did not stay in but was still exceptional. We had booked a 2 night stay but on arrival on our first evening we were informed of a sick family member.
We sat in the lobby for at least an hour trying to organize things during which we were offered drinks and assistance.
When in the end we decided that we could not stay, without any argument our booking was cancelled at no cost.
It might seem like a small thing but most hotels either make the process onerous or refer you to insurance.
So well done to the Bay Club for excellent service.
