We have stayed at this wonderful hotel numerous times.
It is an oasis in paradise.
The experience is both relaxing and rejuvenating.
Treatments are both professional and excellent.
The food is outstanding.
Service is good and nothing is too much trouble.
One small issue, in the summer we stayed in a refurbished room on upper floors, this time we stayed in a garden room.
Some upgrading of both the bathroom and entrance very much needed.

If you want peace and quiet and have no children with you - this hotel is just wonderful. The food, the staff, the service are really excellent. We arrived tired and tetchy after a long drive amongst the cannibalistic Israeli drivers. The reception, the receptionist, the valet chauffer, all were world class. Well done indeed!
The spa sadly, was very variable. Two useless massages, followed after a complaint, by a superb one. Not good enough at this level. The plumbing, when repaired, is excellent - but why do housekeeping not check the rooms properly?
Staff and management approachable and friendly.
The food is outstanding, and includes a huge array of salads. Sadly, all too often the flavours were drowned in sugary sauces, sugar - and salt, salt, more salt on everything! Hardly healthy, the chefs really need to come into the modern healthy world.
Telephones are supposed to be banned, thank goodness. At the pool, this is enforced and it is respected. Elsewhere - and especially the dining room - there was never anyone is evidence to enforce the constant strident talking and ringing. All the time. Why was management never in attendance to stop this like at the pool?
We so loved the hotel that we will try again, but if these matters - especially the telephones and food salt, are still strident spoilers, we will quickly check out.
We wish them well, if only the hotel management would be more careful, unafraid and aware.

Room tip: Ask for what you want as there is a large choice.

We choose package to stay half day from 9 a.m. till 3 p.m. So we also had breakfast which was amazing! Freshly squeezed juices, all kind of cheeses, even fish like herring, mackerel; also fresh veggies, fruits, cereals, jams, also you can order any kind of eggs you like, or shakshuka, wchich was pretty spicy but tasted very good, also coffee or cappuccino. Indoor and outdoor pools areas so clean, calm and beautiful. Manicure and pedicure their named as luxury but i dont think so, it was very simple and fast, no massage, nail polishes just simple no gelish, very uncomfortable if you are thinking to go to spa or swimming pool. Near outdoor pool they have small bar, take paletas icecream, their are amazingly tasty! I would definitely going back! Oasis of calm. Notice - kids allowed just from 16 years old.

Built in the late sixties as a Sanatorium for Holocaust survivors explains some of its shortcomings with respect to architecture and layout. Still, the surroundings are beautiful with a grand view and a lovely garden. What impresses us most was, without any doubt, the food. We have probably never had so beautifully presented-nor such great variety and well tasting food in any hotel nor Spa. For dinner we were just fine with the amazing buffé. We would probably come back just for the food itself. Areas of improvements includes room design and set-up. We had a rather small and uninteresting room (standard room?). Additionally, the lobby bar was pretty gloomy and felt somewhat outdated.

Saturday the check in is only is 6:00 pm and you need to check out at 12:00 so is not even 24 hours.
I had the worst facial treatment ever.
They announce that there is yoga .. Well we where here 2 days ..and there was non, so we decided to wake up early and go to practice close to the pool... Well bad idea, a soon as we started the decided to cut the grass, it was noisy till 10:00 the gasoline smell was terrible..
The food was ok.
We have our room just above the restaurant, so we could not be so people could see us constantly...
