Very old, low quality, ROI IS very low.
The location is very good but the hotel quality is like 2*.
The food is regular food, nothing too twisty...
The view to the sea is very nice but the look from the room but the look is like from old and dirty place outside

The hotel is excellent but one person in particular made our vacation fine of the finest .
His name is Sun The evening manager...
You can see how much respect he has for his employees and the amount of
respect he gets back.
More than that it's admirable to see the respect he has for his guests.
He made sure everything we needed was just right and made sure my boys we'll have the best time of their lives

This is not my first time in this hotel. I love the place. The service is very good. The food is amazing. Sandra the evening duty manager is nice & knows how to make the guests happy & satisfied on stay.

we have stayed at Leonardo Plaza hotel 4 nights at march. 2 connected premium rooms with sea view at 3rd floor.
the good: sweaming pool was clean with warm water 28 degrees. the kids enjoyed it.
the room was ok a little bit small. the bath was with curtain kind of old fashion. that kind of room has a wood floor that was not well treated.
we got a vip wine and chocolate that was nice.
the staff is kind.
the food was great. not oily. bbq first class.
every day served different dishes. the kids also liked the food.
hotel location is good and bad. good because it is central. bad: noise.
The bad: finding a car parking is a luck.
the room terrace is very very small.
and the most bad thing that made me give 4 and not 5 stars is the noise from the nearby shops outside the hotel until late at night. loud music that heard clearly inside the room even though door is closed. the hotel cant do anything with it.
