Loved it, staff was very helpful, room was in excellent condition and thoroughly cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet was beyond anything I have ever seen! Will definitely stay here again if I get the chance to return to Eilat!

The food wan't good at all, very disappointing for 5 star hotel....
In kippur there is no room cleaning so only if you call to reception you get new towles and clean trash .

At first there was an inconvenience as we entered the room and found a hair in our sheets but the housekeeper changed to new clean one’s with no problem. The hotel is beautiful, the room was great with a big comfortable bed and a good air conditioner (which is very important in Eilat). The staff was nice and helped efficiently with every problem. The food is diverse and tasty, the dining room is big but it’s better to go as early as you can to avoid crowd. The plates in the dining room were a bit dirty sometimes what seemed like a dish-washer problem. The location is definitely a huge pluse and one of the best in Eilat, being a few minutes walk from beaches, attractions, mall and restaurants. There are also restaurants inside the hotel, “karibu” is recommended.

5 stars hotels located in a perfect place close to everything
Room was comfortable, with mini refrigirator to keep some fruits and cold drinks, a hair drier and a cattle to make coffee.
breakfast was rich and served beautifully
Stuff was helpful and kind.
The swimming pool is nice - not too crouded, with plenty of chairs in the shade.

Excellent location, on the promenade and the sea. Good service, spacious and clean rooms. A very wide variety of food, delicious and clean.
