We were here as a pilgrimage group. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of room. There was a wide choice of salads and main courses for dinner, with one choice of cake and fruit to follow. Food was good but could have been hotter. Good gin and tonics. The main drawback was the call to prayer in the early hours of the morning. However, you don't hear this in some of the rooms at the back.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful large, fully equipped rooms located downtown within walking distance to the local bazar and Manger Square. Large meal selection at breakfast and dinner. We were there just before Easter and Hotel did not seem too crowded. Front desk not particularly helpful but overall stay was very good. Be sure and pick up a Starbucks-Bethlehem coffee mug at the local
Starbucks nearby!

Bright modern reception , really good welcome and friendly staff . A well organised, clean and cheerful hotel with quite an international feel about it .

Across the road from manger square so impressive in terms of position . However, do be careful about having a room facing manger square as there is also a minaret there with exceptionally clear and efficient loudspeakers attached to it . That means the first call to prayer is at about3.30 in the morning! I had no idea that I could leap out of bed and jog around the room at such speed . To say it made me jump as I was in a deep sleep, is an understatement .it continued of course with the same effect each morning . I am not complaining about the call to prayer of course I would just have preferred to sleep through each night . Therefore some of my friends had inside courtyard rooms and slept right through . I tried bribery with them but it didn’t work .

The hotel is worth supporting as it great but do watch your room position.

There is an exceptional bar and food place called cash nova opposite and they actually have menus with prices so the owners don’t get to make up the bill according to what they think you can afford !

This was my second visit. A lovely hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly. Good selection of food in the restaurant. A quiet hotel. Location is ideal as it is located by Manger Square.

Room tip: Rooms at the back of the hotel have a good view of Bethlehem

This is a very good choice to stay in Bethlehem - and it is worth the overnight stay. Many people come just for a day-trip from Jerusalem, but there's a lot more here than just the Nativity Church. This hotel is seconds from the main square, with huge rooms (our 'twin' had three double beds in it and good bathrooms. The bar is well-stocked and the staff are universally lovely. The only slight downside is that breakfast and dinner are served in a windowless room with very loud acoustics. The food is fine - nothing gourmet - but the setting is not great. There is also an issue with only having two lifts - when a big group arrives it can take 10 or 15 minutes for everyone to get to the right floor for their room. When I was there the place was full of pilgrimage and tour groups, which made it lively and fun. Quiet at night as everyone is busy wearing themselves out sightseeing in the day.

Room tip: Ask for a room away from the main lifts - much quieter early in the morning.
