This is a basic hotel ideal for large groups. The rooms are of a good size and reasonably clean. The air conditioner though was very noisy and difficult to work out. The bathrooms have a shower and toilet. The layout is no so good. The shower water did end up on the outside floor whenever we had a bath. The toilet at times continuously ran after a flush forcing whoever is in the room to cut off the water supply if they want to get any sleep.

The hotel does wake up calls which is ideal for large groups.

The lifts can get really busy during meal times or check in times. It is advisable to take your bags downstairs earlier if checking out.

The restaurant is on the 8th floor. It is a very large area obviously designed for groups. There is a salad bar which is good but selection of food is not so good.

There is a reasonably sized meeting room for big groups. Also, at reception, there is a bar and a sitting area.

The hotel is at the end of the street, a walking distance from restaurants, the market and the nativity centre. Location wise, it is ideal. We walked into the centre and market from this hotel for some shopping and walked back.

Big groups of mainly Christian tourists stay for a few days in this hotel. I was there for week and saw several groups arriving and leaving.
The rooms are spacious, with airconditioning. Bathrooms regular.
The restaurant on the 8th floor serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet.
The service is great and very friendly.
The salad bar is spectacular.

Lots of pilgrims to the Holy Land stay here. It is well placed for all the sites in Bethlehem and Jerusalem making it a good base for visiting the holy sites.
The staff worked hard under stressful conditions to make our stay pleasant and they succeeded. The rooms are furnished poorly but not poorly furnished. All the facilities expected in a good hotel are present but, given the political situation, the quality is basic - but comfortable nevertheless. The restaurant on the top floor has a magnificent view over the City and we met pilgrims from lots of countries. A short walk takes you to Nativity Square where the birth of Jesus Christ took place and is the centre of town in evenings as well.
We had breakfast and evening meal and although the food was perhaps different from western tastes, it was delicious and filling. There is a bar serving coffee and alcoholic drinks in the main lounge which gets lively in the evenings.

This is another hotel which caters primarily for package tours (mostly pilgrimages) and is run by a family concern, I understand. They are really friendly and accommodating people. It is the highest building in Bethlehem and the 8th floor dining room has 360-degree panoramas around the entire city. (There's even another observation deck above that with a lounge and bar but it wasn't in operation when we were there).

The rooms are adequate but tired with fridges , wi-fi and a limited number of TV channels.

It's only a short walk to banks, shops, some simple food outlets and about a 10 minute walk to Manger Square.

The huge challenge this place has is when two or more coach-loads of people try to arrive and leave at the same time, it's chaos. There are only two small lifts covering all floors and when luggage is involved, you really want to be somewhere else!

Room tip: Rooms facing the city have the best views but you will have to put up with the Imams at 4:40 a.m and other times every day.
