Dear readers,

At the beginning of June 2015 we visited this hotel for 2 nights. Because we had to book it very fast we looked at the prices and saw that this hotel was 940 euro's for 2 nights but that they offerered 2 nights suddenly for around the 200 euro's. For us it was a strange offer because how could you go down in price more than 700 euro's. We booked the hotel because it was looking nice and the two reviews were ok.

By arrival there were young people at the hotel (students?). It al was a bit unprofessional , but when we arrived at our room it was very nice. Not the view, but the room itself was big and clean. We enjoyed staying in our room but when we went out of our room it was very quiet and we didn't saw other guests. We had to leave early in the morning so we asked for breakfast at 08.00. Our taxi would be there at 8.15 o'clock. When the taxi arrives we didn't had our breakfast. It was a pity.

The hotel is very difficult to find and taxi drivers can't find it easily. The staff is friendly but you really need to speak the Turkish language. I would ask the staff to do an English course because most of the people won't speak Turkish.

I stayed at chakra suites in last May for three nights.
The check in was so smooth.. The girl at reception Nice and willing to help .
The room small but clean and well organised.
I didn't try the breakfast so I can't say if it is good or bad.
The location good near metro station and saphir mall .
My regards to the staff .

Location is terrible, I did not feel safe as a woman in that area, I do not recommend this hotel for families and women traveling alone! I could hear people talking on the street and the cars all night long, I also could hear a kid crying for a long time at night, I called the reception and they informed me that the kid is on another floor! Also I was scared walking down by myself even day time and coming back at night was the worst! It's not a very safe area, that's my personal opinion! I also didnt like that the hotel charged me for extra nights that I didn't use and until today I cannot resolve the dispute case because they still want to offer complimentary stay and I want my money back!

Room Tip: I would not stay at this location, all rooms facing the road are noisy!
