Hotel location is brilliant but there were a lot of issues.
1) Lighting - There was hardly any light in the room, out of two lamps only one was working.
2) Bathroom - Shower door was broken and was kept in the cupboard, flush panel was missing, exhaust wasn't working.
3) Room Service - NO room service as such and they only provided one small bottle of water for two nights.

At the entrance they have an ancient beautiful well where people throw money as per some Greek tradition.

Room Tip: Try booking higher floor

Last night we have entered the hotel, the BELLBOY TOLD US about mini bar features, HE SAID THAT snacks are paid which is in the fridge but other snacks which located on above the fridge(not inside) are treating from the hotel. Nuts, chips, tea&coffee and chewing gum is above the fridge, like a every normal people thinks nuts, chips, tea&coffee and chewing gum are free but reception told us about chips, nuts are paid. Then I have to pay them and I did. If this is bellboy mistake, never mind then I want my money back, because bellboy said "this snacks are free which is above the fridge.

Hotel is nicely situated that you can walk to the monuments or even take the tram from Karakoy.
If bookinh get the top of the range room deals as the others are tiny with limited windows or none whatsoever.
Staff were kind and accomodating to help as best as they could.
Breakfast is hearty and fresh and worth the wake up.
