This hotel opnenig maybe one mounths but everything is perfectly all prsonal very firendly and very helpfull. La Villa Location is perfectly because this hotel only 3 minutes for Taxim square you can İstiklal street for clubs and restaurant and shooping area.
It is indeed a luxury hotel Beautifully decorated and designed hotel It deserves a much better ranking, It is a fairly new hotel, with all the obvious positive aspects of that fact: cleanliness, modernity, high-tech, lighning, etc.. Ambience perfectly Service very quickly Staff is very firendly.fantastic staff who were always willing to help beyond their normal duty. The location is perfect to all the top most see places.Hotel has nice location and very friendly and good staff Hotel is very close to taksim square. You can go to easy to İstiklal Street.

Please dont let the other reviews give you the wrong impression of this hotel. It is beautiful, rooms are a little small, but are so well decorated and so much attention to detail has been carried out in the design. Appliances in the room are very modern (ibase, large TV etc.). Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, as well as a well stocked bathroom. The hotel is not designed for families with young children, but I think provides a perfect retreat for couples. Finally, one of the most important things in this region is climate controlled rooms, although many hotels advertise a/c in the rooms, they often dont work or very weak, however this one is very good, with an individual control panel. Im sure all that come will appreciate it.

Room Tip: Ideally, you would like a room that faces the front of the hotel, it has a view over the pedestrianised street, but as this street houses many coffee shops and bars, it might get abit noisy at night, although I have not had a problem to date. The rear of the hotel overlooks other buildings.

After a minor hotel mix-up we searched around Taksim for a hotel to stay for a week and came across La Villa. What a mistake! We tried to get a deal for booking 7 nights but they wouldnt come to the party ($Euro 131/night)
The room was tiny (Queen bed with barely walking room around it), the lift (which can only take 3 people) didnt sound very healthy and was slow enough that you could beat it using the stairs. Breakfast, although included in the price, was soo bad that we gave up after 3 days. On a brouchure down stairs in reception it said a chef would be on hand to cook omelettes to your liking..pfftt..that never happened.
Bathroom supplies were poor (2 x shampoo and no conditioner), no spare toliet roll and on top of that on one occasion house keeping came in for the daily clean and took our toilet paper. Hot water didnt work on a few occasions and a few of the room controls either broke or didnt work on occasion.
If it wasnt for every hotel in the area alwasy being fully booked and super expensive (my brother stayed at the World prestige for 1 night @ $AUD330 and tried to re-book but the same room was going for $AUD1,000 for that night being Friday) we never would have choosen La Villa.

Room Tip: Dont go there

Rooms are basic and smell smokey, shower was great though. Mini bar if you want one. Mind if your taking kids as the windows open fully at a low height and there is nothing to stop kids climbing out! and as this hotel has seven floors need I say more. Breakfast at 20 TLR (around £8) was shocking! Bread if your lucky or dry cake, fruit juice (dilute) a selection of colour enhanced plastic meats and cheese. No sugar for the cornflakes so we had to dissolve cubes!...... avoid! My final warning would be don't believe a word anyone says they will try all methods possible to con you. eg. If the man at the reception offers a taxi to the airport with free tea, coffee and fruit juice then don't expect to get any! also look out for the shoeshine man that drops his brush just in front of you. If this happens kick it into the bushes or you will have shiny shoes and much less money.
