This place is wonderfully located. An easy 5 minute doddle to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the water front where ferries trundle down the Bosphorus. The Grand Bazar was a further 5 minute saunter and shops and restaurants were every where. I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which was plenty big and comfortable. The coffee machine was just the tonic.

Breakfast was good but not amazing. I loved the freshly squeezed OJ and the clotted cream with croissants which I went to town on. The hamam in the basement is a revelation. I was pummeled and scrubbed to an inch of my life before getting the best massage I've ever had. I even had a facial somewhere in that hazy 3 hours of pampering. And all for 100 Aussie bucks. I've paid more for a hair cut.

The only disappointment for me was not getting a late check out despite opting for the more expensive weekend package which advertises 1400 checking subject to availability. I know the last clause is the kicker but you're better off paying less and trying your luck for a late checkout (especially if you have silver and above status as I do) than paying more and getting your hopes dashed. Apart from that, everything else went swimmingly.

If you want to be close to the attractions of Sultanahmet this is the place to be. I can't wait to come back and explore more of this wonderful city.

Very good location. Quiet area. Means of transport very close. The vast majority of tourist attractions are a 10-minute walk away. The two fish-based bazaars and restaurants - Galata - are also nearby.

Brilliant location and service. I travelled with my wife and 2-year old son on holiday to Istanbul for 5 days. Was massively early for check-in but the hotel was kind enough to let us check-in early. Erdi at reception was fantastic including the entire front-office and house-keeping staff. Can't fault the service. They live up to the Hilton brand!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, wonderful location with easy walking distance to everything. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Rooms were good size and clean (we had a family room which consisted of 2 separate rooms with a front door that was separate. One of the rooms was a little warm and air con didn't seem to work well and we had problems with our room keys being deactivated. Staff dealt with this promptly. Breakfast was great and wifi was strong. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in future
