Hosted big group at the pearl grand hotel and everybody enjoyed the accommodations! The service of the staff was very good and a special mention to Nimesha for her exceptional service! She was available at all times to coordinate and accommodate any requests to make the process easier for me!

Our team arranged a accomodation here. Staffs were helpful. Clean rooms and bathroom. Provide toileteies. Hotel is easy to access.. thanks for procosing a comfortable stay for us and specially for the staff at kafe9 for the nice coffees..breakfast buffet is very good.

Otherwise my whole experience was POOR.
Noise (thumping music and screaming) was unbearable from party on ground floor upto 10th floor at almost midnight.
Complained 3 times. Assured me something would be done but no change.
With an early flight next day it was impossible to get any peace let alone sleep. Music was thumping coupled with screeches.
Also Sink was blocking.
Wifi slow and intermittent
Our Company got accomadation for a few people here for a conference and this place was easy to coordinate with and gave them a comfortable stay. Thank you so much Nimesha for coordinating this and getting work easy for us.
I referred to the reviews about the hotel prior to booking so I went ahead booking a room.
The staff is all good and helpful and the hotel looked elegant from the front.
The lady in the reception showed a very cold expression.
However to my surprise, the rooms were compact, and gloomy, and also the facilities were not worth the money. Price was similar to other star-class hotels in Colombo but even the room size is much smaller than those.
bathroom is very small in size and one can hardly move inside the shower cubicle.
We encountered a mal function in the switches and electricity inside the room so had to get if fixed. I suggest the hotel check for all these in rooms prior to open for reservations to guests.
I saw in the reviews about a spread of breakfast buffet but we did not experience such a spread and also food was tasting just OK.
They don't have a car park as such. the path way to exit the hotel is very narrow an luckily we had our small car, else we couldn't have taken the narrow bends to reach to their exit.
overall, my experience is not that good about this hotel.
