I booked the Soyol despite lack of any reviews at the time. It's only come onto websites as a hotel in May 2015. Let's talk (+)ves: large room, only 7 in total. Emphasis on wellbeing thus access to spa and treatments and Japanese /Korean baths. Several toiletries and a ? Manager who did arrange excursions for us in a short time. Overall clean and appreciated the free wifi. But the (-)ves ZmUST be looked at urgently: we were unable to print our boarding passes on s Sunday as the "offices" we're closed; free pick up from airport can be arranged but not to the airport; the restaurant is dismal and the table cloths dirty/stained. Cutlery arrives in waves, I was given s boiling and bubbling ball of soup that could have scolded me; I was told that deserts can be had from the open to the public dos area; no bread offer at the restaurant, breakfast is a list of strange concoctions including sale and pumpkin soup!, when we arrived at the hotel we were led up four flights of stairs to our room as the hotel has a different entrance. I can not really remember suits everything that has gone awry including not great level of English but better than Terelj Hotel though. Also, 2km from the centre and offering no maps.

Soyol Wellness Center is a wonderfull place for those who want some luxury spa. Me and a frined had been horse back riding for two weeks and we looked for some of the best places to be in Ulan Bataar. Soyol was the place and we are not dissapointed at all! The elegance of the rooms and the warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel royal and we would love to come back again.

Room tip: There are only seven rooms, and they are quite exclusive all of them.
