Stayed for 3 nights on a strip through south east asia. We arrived at 7AM after taking a nightbus from Siem Reap. The GM and his staff first helped us deal with a tuk tuk driver who wanted to overcharge us, then gave us a very early check-in: "we have a room available and vacation should be about relaxing". Top notch. Our room was quite big, with a separate toilet and walk-in shower. Minimalist with a few asian design elements.

The hotel itself is in a quiet street behind the Vietnamese embassy. Staff is friendly all the time and willing to help with any requests. The pool area is an oasis in this busy city. The breakfast is very good, as is the restaurant food if you don't feel like venturing into the city. It is a little bit out of the center of town, but there are always hotel-aligned tuk tuks available for standard rates. When coming back from the center, most tuk tuk drivers don't know the hotel location, but the Vietnamese embassy is a good landmark that you can refer to.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I was curious how a relatively new hotel was so high up the TripAdvisor hotel rankings, but completely understood after my stay at iRoHa. Stayed at iRoHa over Christmas last year but still remember how wonderful my experience was! This is a charming and unpretentious hotel for the traveller who wants to feel comfortable and at ease. The decor in the rooms was very tasteful, and it was really nice sitting by the pool having a drink in the evenings. Food was great too.

I enjoyed chatting with the owners, as well as Alan and Vichet, the GM and front office manager. They are doing everything right to make this a great hotel!

Thank you so much Candice ...... It's so nice to get news from our happy guests, especially this kind of good memory because we know that it comes back to you sometimes in your daily life, and for sure this remember feels you so happy ....
Tonight I will get a glass of wine close the pool and I will drink it thinking about Candice for sure ....
The pool is still here so don't wait too much for coming back to see us .....

I can't say enough good things about this place, from the staff to the food to the massages to the location, even the laundry service--everything here is spot on, especially when taking the price point into consideration. We stayed here for almost a week and felt absolutely at home. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I've noticed a few reviews complaining about the location--it's a couple minute tuk tuk ride away from the action and you'll need a tuk tuk in the city anyway as it is quite spread out and there are no sidewalks, plus the distance means a calm quiet serene atmosphere which is quite welcome at the end of a long day exploring. We would absolutely return in a flash! Thank you to all the staff for being so wonderful!

Dear Guest .... Thank you so much for this so kind review .... our staff every day is at his best for our guests enjoying their stay among us, and always with the smile ....
Yes we are not so far from everything for may be 1 usd more with Tuk Tuk who is really not a big deal ...... and this one dollar more to get a peaceful oasis for a so nice relaxing stay, so I think this one dollar is nothing .... !!
And we are so close of Russian market and Genocide museum ......
Thank you again for staying with us and all the staff is waiting for a next stay of you ...

Husband and I stated here for 3 lovely nights and it was an oasis of calm in Phnom Pehn. The hotel is beautiful in every way and was in a great location on a private road. Grounds, pool and room was all stunning and the quality of food at breakfast but also in the restaurant was excellent. The Manager and his team were all very friendly and genuinely warm and interested in our comfort. Also got to meet the owners who are a lovely Japanese couple. On the day we left they all came out to wave us off. Can easily see why this has became one of the cities top hotels in such a short period of time. BOOK IT.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of our private tour. We had a pool facing room on the top floor. The rooms are simple and contemporary and located away from traffic noise. Staff were attentive. The hotel is not really within walking distance to the main attractions in town and requires tuk tuk. Also bring your eye mask as the curtains are thin does not block any light at all. But in all it was a nice stay.

Dear Guests ...... thank you so much for sharing some time with us .... not so close from main places to visit for sure, except Russian Market and Genocide Museum at 5 mn Tuk Tuk, but what a peaceful place to relax after a busy day and for sure you enjoyed it ......
Curtains miss in some rooms but we do not wish you spend too much time in the room and we really prefer you enjoy Phnom Penh and our garden and swimming pool ...... it's why ..... ;)
