Rooms were of a very poor standard. Sheets were damp. There were cats running wild everywhere. The receptionist helped us get scammed by the tuk tuk driver. And they then hooked us up with the wrong bus although we asked for one to kampot.

The room was quite small however this is what we paid for plus they upgraded us to a room with a window for free. The room was clean and bathroom was clean so we book an extra night.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful, they helped us get a visa for Vietnam and boat/bus tickets to Vietnam. Plus helped with a reasonable taxi for the day for S21 and killing fields.

The location is perfect very close to the palace and museum. About 15 minute walk to night market and also central market. Overall very happy with stay and would recommend.

The location is great. Right next to the National museum, the palace and the riverfront. The area is also great for bars and restaurants. The staff here are very nice and helpful. I read some reviews about hotels in the same area where the staff were unpleasant, but all the staff here were lovely. The hotel was quite nice for the price we paid, so it's good if you're on a budget. But if you want to save a few dollars you should shop around for tours and visas etc., and try to negotiate with tuktuk drivers instead of organising through the hotel as they seem to add a couple of dollars on. Overall, great place to stay.

About 20 dead crickets as i entered my room, it was also full of mold and moist on several walls. And I am pretty sure the bed was not changed since the customer before me. Only pros are working wifi, shower an AC. But the room itself is the nastiest i have yet to set foot in.

You get what you pay for at this simple hotel in a congested but convenient part of the city. There was air-conditioning, private bathrooms, and bottled water. Service here was excellent, the staff was very accommodating. They happily took care of all arrangements like transportation, boat bookings, food, drinks, spa, etc. Great for something between a hostel and a motel for a great deal.
