Truly fine dining. Very nice place, excellent service, good menu and food. You can find fine french and Cambodian restaurant. It is “reasonable” expensive.

We stayed at Raffles a couple of nights and ate here for one of those. This is a sophisticated restaurant with a comprehensive a la carte menu and at least 2 - we had 4- tasting menus. The food is split into western and Khmer sections and tasting menus. We had the western tasting menu which was 48 dollars for 3 courses.
I had the lobster bisque which came with Mekong river lobster meat and cream in the dish and the waitress then poured the bisque from a teapot over the lobster. Smoked salmon was carved beside the table. Both were excellent.
For main course we both had steak Rossini which came on a potato Rosti with the foie gras on top and fresh mushrooms. Again wonderfully cooked.
Dessert was a classic crepe Suzette constructed and flambe at the table side- delicious.
Wine by the glass was good at around 10 dollars.

So overall this was an excellent meal with great service in a fine dining setting with pianist playing in the background. It is not cheap by Cambodian standards but you are in a Raffles hotel and the standard of cooking was exceptional. We thought it was value for money given the location and quality of food.

Ate here whilst staying in Raffles and have to say how fabulous the fine dining restaurant is. Absolutely sumptuous surroundings, truly elegant. The staff , as you would expect , are attentive yet never intrusive. I had the tasting menu , which was excellent....the steamed elephant fish and lobster amok were special. Top marks.

Very attentive wait staff. Food served were fresh. As per fine dining portions, the meal portions were mostly small - and pricey. I really liked the Amok served in a young coconut.

Great surroundings, food and service.
The only draw-back was part of the restaurant is used for corporate, dinners, but these were in an adjoining section.
