Excellent Location with utmost good service
Generous supply of toiletries
Buffet breakfast is well spread and good choices
However, with no swimming poll.
Royal Palace is a walk-able distance
Good food joints are around and a value for the price.

Room Tip: Rooms facing main road would keep you busy during leisure hours

When you pull up you'll likely wonder what you reserved. It's true there are many properties that are better but the locale is great, the rooms adequate, prices reasonable. Considering you will only sleep here, don't be afraid to reserve. The rooms are clean and secure. the staff is friendly and professional

I come regularly to Phnom Penh for business and wanted to try another hotel. Unfortunately, not a very pleasant experience. Was booked for 4 nights but decided to check out after 1 night. I was initally booked in room 501 deluxe room but when I arrived the counter was full of ants and the bathroom seat was broken, wallpaper also peeling. I was then upgraded to a suite room 207. Was nice gesture but again had problems. The bathroom light was not working so ended up showering in half darkness. The double-lock on the door was also broken. As it was already late night, I didn't have the energy to move to another room. For the price, I would suggest to book in other better hotels/boutique hotels.

The landscape is a relatively older hotel, unfortunately the prices are somewhat high for the state of the hotel, renovation is under way, but did not get the chance to see the
result. The rooms are nice and large, airy with a/c and fan. Large bathroom and place to hang clothes and stack luggage.
Some rooms have river views and some city views.
The hotel is in walking distance of the Royal Palace, Independance monument and Psar Thmey, the Night Market not too far away, and plenty of bars and entertainment between the hotel and the night market.
Breakfast is excellent, with both European and Asian choices.

Room Tip: River views cost no more than city views.
