The PHOP is an alright place to eat, the pancakes were fine, tasty and thick in a stack with ice cream on top. It did come at a price though, $9 BND which was well high for what we got.
The décor is all a bit miss matched with lounge suites, wooden dining tables and chairs including plastic chairs in some places. The floor is miss matched too with different floor coverings and different levels. The place could do with a similar theme throughout and it looked as though it was just thrown together with what they had in the shed!
Like many places in Brunei, there's no emphasis on marketing and making it appealing to the eye and atmosphere as well as being over priced. Having said that the staff were very friendly and service was good too. No complaints there. I'll return but there are better places to go.
