Services and facilities are good except the shower in the room gets too hot and then turns cold at times.
No tooth brush was given in my room.
Other than that, the staff are friendly and helpful.
Riwaz serves excellent food, although it is a bit pricey.

Bedroom was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Service was quick and attentive. The lady at the breakfast counter remembered my name and room number after the first day, and even remembered our drinks. I’m very sorry I didn’t check her name.

The pool is clean and long enough to do laps, and the gym was relatively well-equipped. It could do with a smith machine.

Room service was fast. The food (burger and spaghetti) was delicious and the serving was huge.

Breakfast was decent, with choice of breads, fruits, and juices, and I wish there was a choice of unprocessed meat. Both mornings, it was sausage, corned beef and nuggets. The first day was great because they served a set meal that had chicken chop.

Don’t get city view as there’s
not much to see, and there is the occasional noisy car.

Room tip: Try to get pool view.

The room TV was reported to reception/ maintenance as tripping out on most channels. This was not repaired during my stay and no follow up explanation was given as to why it was not fixed. The air conditioning in the room failed but this was fixed quickly by a member of the maintenance team.

I love this place. My second time here. The check in was effortless. They recognized me as a Radisson member and offered me a nice room on Level 5. The room was nice and functional. Nothing fancy, but just sufficient for everything I needed. The toilet was also very good. The meal (dinner) at the restaurant was good as was the breakfast the next morning. Excellent value for money. Would visit again on my next trip. Highly recommended.

Truly unforgettable bad experience.
From staff at the restaurant, cleanliness of the hotel, leadership approach to manage a feedback, it’s amazingly bad experience in such a hotel.
Have also interacted and shared experience with GM via emails, but she basically adopted an unforgettable reply.
