The hotel is small. The rooms were not really clean, and the towels smelled bad. We paid 20 dollars for 1 room for each night. The only good thing: you can bring friends from outside, and its close to the beach. But honestly, there are
many cheaper and better hotels near by.

This hotel was a fairly good price at $25 USD per night for an ocean view and has great potential, but needs a lot of work.
The room looked nice upon first glance, but there are small things that need fixing (curtains were very hard to move on rod, desk chair was actually an old hair styling chair, etc.)
There was a fitted sheet on the bed, but no top sheet. We had to ask the front desk three different times to bring up a top sheet and they were a little rude about it.
At check out, they tried to charge us 535.000 VND when their board clearly said 500.000 VND.
The ocean view was nice, but would be much better if the windows were clean.
The worst part about the room was that it smelled very musty. Not sure if there is a mold problem or what. If the smell was fixed and the staff became friendlier, I would consider staying here again as the price was pretty good for an ocean view.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, booked two twin rooms.
The hotel is located very close to the main beach area of Nhatrang and at walking distance from the market. In general, the location is quite ok.

However, the rooms were extra simple, bedding is comfortable.
However, the cleanliness definitely needs to be improved : in 3 days stay, our bathroom was never cleaned, there were small insects (similar to small ants) on the floor and on the beds.
The noise insulation is quite poor as all rooms have a window opening towards the corridor where all guests pass by to go into their rooms.
The staff does not speak one word of English and kept our passports at reception during our stay (not sure for what reason?).
I would not come again to that hotel

I booked 4 people bedroom with breakfast included for a party of 3. When we got here, the hotel denied breakfast was included and did not honor what's in the reservation. And the hotel wants to charge us more because we have total 3 people when I already book a 4 people bedroom. bad bad service ... horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! would not recommend this place and this place is very run down!

One of the best value rooms we stayed in. One block back from the beach with unobstructed views of the ocean from the balcony, large clean rooms and bathrooms (although I have to agree with other reviews, the shower curtains could do with being replaced), AC, fridge, and internet, for $18. The other couple with us got a deluxe room for $5 more which has a huge balcony out to the ocean, great for groups travelling together to have a beer or breakfast out there. Great location, across the street from the night market, and around the corner from lots of restaurants, although we ate a number of our meals in the market (great sushi there if you want a change). The older gentleman at the front desk speaks very good English and was very nice and helpful. We signed up for an island hop from the hotel, which had some pretty comical moments and was a nice day out. The beach across from the hotel is clean and warm. We loved it here. Oh, and they had the best beds we found in Vietnam, still hard but not as hard as other hotels. We stayed on the sixth floor, elevator to the 5th then walk a flight of stairs; recommend it, quiet and great views. There is a huge development started infront of the hotel which will block their view, but it doesn’t look like anything has happened there in years, so not a concern at this time.

Room Tip: Go high to minimize the noise from the busy main strip along the beach
