What a bad hotel. I arrived at 10:30 Pm it looked if the hotel was closed and deserted, all light except 2 small spots above the reception were out. One person got up from a coach to help. The windows of the restaurant have not been washed in a long time, the breakfast is poor, coffee was always cold even if you had breakfast early.
The swimmingpool is not being circulated the water level is about 30 cm under the normal level, green algies are growing on the side of the pool. There are 3 chairs around the pool. The advertisements in the elevator are years out of date and the service not available.
No there are many better places to stay.

My partner spoilt me and booked the seaview premier room suite for valentines day. The room itself was lovely, great view, clean and big! But in saying that, the hotel itself felt very shabby and old!

CONS
- When we arrived we had no help with our bags (I know it's petty but I've been in so many hotels around SEA now its the little things that count), especially when you've booked the most expensive room in the hotel! Wifi was crap in our room. We had a small balcony but no chairs?!
- Any question I had was impossible to be answered due to the language barrier, but they wouldn't say they didn't understand, they would give some made up answer!
- They wouldn't give us beach/pool towels - we had to use the bathroom towels.
- Breakfast was terrible! It finishes at 930 - we arrived at 9am. I asked if the bacon was going to be topped up as it was empty - she topped up with cold bacon. I said it was cold and can I heat it up and she lit a flame under bain marie. The egg chef was already off duty too. We didn't bother claiming any more free breakfast.
- When we checked out at 545am for a flight, the man at the reception was rude. We waited 15mins for them to check the room and wouldn't hand over our passports until he had the call. When he finally did I asked if he could please call a taxi, he states "well you have to pay for it". Duh.

PROS
- Close to the beach
- Seaview premier suite room is lovely and spacious. You get a great view from the bath :)

To be honest, I wouldn't both staying here again. There is so much accommodation around and it was a big disappointment.

We stayed in this hotel in early December for three nights. The location was ideal, one minute walk to the beach, and walking distance to night markets, the sailing club and Nha Trang centre. We booked a sea view room which had a fantastic view of the ocean and our own private balcony. However these were the only positives. The room was tired and full of bugs. Each morning we would wake up to a bed full of ants it was disgusting. One night we went down to reception to complain and staff were accommodating in changing the sheets however there was no apologies and this did not fix the problem. The shower was poorly designed and each time it was used drenched the whole bathroom, which was then a hassle getting up in the night to use the bathroom, we slipped over numerous times. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety however the food was always cold, we asked to have eggs made at the egg station for something fresh and although they did this for us staff were not very friendly and were hesitant to cook the eggs. We felt that for the price we would have paid a little extra for a nicer hotel.

Just want to add, the porter was excellent, very friendly and helpful.

High rooms have a great viewand are large. For the price its a good place. The aircon does not work great but ok. Breakfast mostly Asian but they have an egg station and French bread. Dont be late they dont like to top up the food and all the bainmaries have no heat! Coffee is usually cold but apart from that the reception staff were very helpful and we had a comfortable stay. It is at the busier end of town by the beach. The bigger hotels are further along but not much to do down that end. The Lantern restaurant was really good.

Room Tip: Get the superior with balcony.
