A must see for any passionate foodie! The dishes were presented so well we almost didn’t even want to eat them! Nevertheless, the smell was so tempting we simply had to dig in. So glad we did because the flavours exceeded absolutely all expectations

Thank you so much to all the staff who made the experience that much greater. We left with full stomachs and big smiles on our faces.

Cam ổn, Les Jardins de Cabaroles!

We stopped for a late lunch after visiting the Citadel in recommendation from a friend. Our hotel also recommended it. Surprisingly it was not too busy, only 1 other table was occupied upstairs. French/ Vietnamese dining. Lovely decor, great service, food presented well. Very reasonably priced. spring Rolls, Rice Paper Rolls, Vietnamese crispy pancake ( with the best peanut sauce I’ve ever had), 2 croque Monsier’s, club Sandwich, 2 smoothies, 2 beers and 2 large waters for. $49AUD (853,000VND)
We would definitely go back

We are a family of 4 that has been traveling thru Vietnam for a week. We live in San Francisco so are admittedly spoiled with the quality of food. We were recommended to this restaurant by a local born and raised in Hue, so I have to believe that we may not have ordered the right foods. On the positive side, the service was very good. They noticed that we did not finish all of our dishes and gave us 2 complimentary sorbets as a result. The desserts were very good - the crepe with chocolate and the mint sorbet were delicious. The restaurant was also very clean and probably had the only air conditioning in Hue. Unfortunately, the meal was very inconsistent. 3 of us ordered the beef filet. I ordered medium and it was well done. There wasn’t a lot of flavor to the steak and nothing really special. My son ordered the beef noodle soup (pho). He said the flavor was “off” as if it had been sitting for a while. Also, the meat in pho should be slightly pink and not all the way cooked, but his meat was fully done. Additionally, the bean sprouts that came on the side looked old and couldn’t be eaten. On the other hand, the pork skewers came with fresh lettuce and cucumbers on the side. Price was still reasonable. The steak was most expensive at $10 usd but everything else was quite cheap. Our meal including 5 dishes and 4 desserts plus beverages was still about $50.
