We had a great time with chef Vu. We learned some good advice when cooking Vietnamese food and the meals was delicious.

He is a really friendly guy and he speaks good english.

We also went to the Cu Chi Tunnels which was a great combo since the place of the cooking class was close to the tunnels.

Thank Oskar P

So the class starts with a quick tour of the market where you actually buy some produce and spices. Then a quick 5 minute walk to the actual restaurant. And then you jump right into cooking.

Chef Vu is very nice, funny, and you will be entertained. He's also a good teacher and patient so don't worry about feeling any pressure. He also does a good job of helping everyone in the class connect with each other which is always nice. I made some great lifelong friends there.

The one thing I will say about this class that makes it excellent to me (because let's be honest, all cooking classes teach you how to cook and it's usually good food) is that I have already used these recipes and successfully executed them multiple times at home for myself and family/friends. Which I have not done with a bunch of other cooking classes. So the fact that I can make a great Vietnamese meal at home that beats out local restaurants and doesn't take long, that's a 5 star experience in my book.

Thank Andy M

Great cooking experience with chef Vu and informative Cu Chi Tunnel trip with guide An. Local bus trip from town to Cu Chi is an eye opener as we get to see and learn more about local lifestyle.
