Start to this hotel wasn't what we call good we arrived early afternoon staff seemed OK got shown our room so far so good room was passable until needed to use the bathroom only a small amount of toilet paper left on roll and not another about? So when we went down stairs we told staff and went to explore came back to our room early evening no toilet paper so thought hopefully enough and will be there when room gets cleaned next day.(now no toilet paper)Had breakfast the toaster Was one that you put in and in went through and come out other end took 7 times to get a hint of colour told staff who didn't understand or didn't care Was like that whole we stayed.went explore after lunch arrived back room not done and no paper.Back to reception told them no toile paper and asked if rooms get done daily they said yes well ours isn't. After that finally done.it is fundamental to supply toilet paper and be able to understand people when there is a problem so no I wouldn't stay here

Whist relatively suitable for sleeping, the rooms were a "bit tired" and the staff somewhat similar.
This hotel needs a top down revival.
The staff could be described as "adequate" only ie., when requesting a thinner pillow from the very thick pillow provided, this reasonably large hotel said they "only have one pillow size" throughout the hotel.

Room tip: Rear rooms are possibly the best choice for quiet comfort

I stayed in a deluxe room towards the end of March 2018, the hotel is quite near a lovely park but also right next to a very busy and noisy road junction. Its approx. ¾ of a mile from the centre of HCM
I found the room to be very pleasant, well decorated and very clean. The large bed was a bit firm for me but not uncomfortable. The bathroom was well decorated with a high class fixtures and fittings. There’s a large flat screen TV with many channels. My room had large window looking out towards the park which was nice but it meant I was just above the noisy road junction that never seemed to quieten down even very late at night.
I never go to take breakfast so unable to give feedback.
The check in staff were very friendly and polite but I found the night staff to be rather grumpy and always looking at guests with suspicion.
Overall quite a pleasant above average hotel for a couple of night, the road noise might get you down if planning to stay any longer.

Room tip: front can be noisy

A smaller hotel with class of higher priced places. Breakfast is included. Expecting a more basic room and a few items at breakfast I was impressed with the quality of m room, the staff and a buffet with not only breakfast foods but what westerners might consider lunch.

This is a good quality 3 star hotel which is popular with tour groups. The standard rooms are on the small size and the bathroom is compact. However, everything was clean and all the usual amenities were available. It is an easy walk to attractions such as the War Remnants museum (worth seeing). The surrounding area is OK to walk in (apart from the usual broken footpaths, motorbikes parked everywhere and the horrendous traffic). The breakfast was OK with an interesting mix of dishes (mostly Asian), but the coffee was poor. We tried to get a drink at the small lobby bar only to discover that the advertised wines were not available. There was some noise including a rooster who started before dawn! The staff were all friendly and there were no language problems.
