It's basic rooms but exactly what you need for somewhere to sleep. And has air-conditioning! Their service is 10/10 which is the most important thing when your in a different country. We would stay there again.

Staff were very pleasant. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The room itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We didn't take the breakfast. There were tons of cafes and bakeries in the area that we opted to try instead.

We were in the VIP room, which was spacious. Unfortunately, it was located on the ground floor right behind the front desk and next to the stairwell so it was rather noisy at night. Additionally, the front wall was made of glass panels (with curtain) so the room was quite light at night. All in all, I'd recommend requesting another room prior to booking.

Room Tip: If you prefer windows avoid the VIP room on ground floor

We arrived at the hotel having just lost a passport, and the man at reception could not have been more helpful. He called the taxi company for us, made sure our bags were in our room, directed us to the police and was vey comforting. He even let us check in with just one passport. We ended up getting the passport back and had a lovely stay here. Our room was on the top floor and was spacious and clean. The view to the street was great for people watching but not too noisy. A short walk to restaurants and all attractions walkable.

Had a happy 3D2N stay in their Standard without window room. Though we had a little problem on our first (late at) night, as a staff tried to open the door for other guest (they got confused with the room number)--it was fixed then.

Room: (5th flr)
- Cool AC but some water dripped when I turn the temp. to 18 degrees
- Enough space for 2
- Small fridge, kettle, cups, tables, wardrobe and cable tv
- Very nice T/B complete with shampoo, toothbrush, hair dryer, etc.
*see photos*

Free breakfast is simple but filling. :)

Location:
- Walking distance to Ben Thanh, Reunification Palace, War Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, etc.

The staffs are very nice and attentive.
Will definitely come back here on my next visit... next month! :)

The Hotel is in a fantastic location with really great staff who were very helpful with any request we had and very close to many tourist must see places reached by foot, its a great base just to go for a wander. there is a lot of food options close by that will cater for any budget and fussy eater. Just down the road you can spend the day shopping at Ben Thanh or wait for the markets to kick in at night. We spent most of our evening eating from the a food market about 50 meteres away towards Ben Thanh great cheap prices for food and beer, or grab a feed and buy drinks on the way back to the hotel from any of the local 7/11 style stores. Our room was a great size and we stayed in the VIP room behind reception.
Rooms: The beds and pillows are harder than we wold normally expect but not a deal breaker.
Breakfast: Is an enjoyable basic/simple meal that is more than enough to get you ready for the day. I had eggs on toast each morning and my wife had pho each morning and the coffee was enjoyable. The 4 children mixed it up as they saw fit.
Airport: Easy trip to and from the airport never had a taxi not know how to get there.
Day Tours: As we stayed over a week we alternated every second day to do a tour, we would walk around and engage different tour operators and decide on who had the best price all our tours were by private vans as i do not like to travel in large groups and i feel i have more control to change our plans if i choose to throughout the day. Therefore we used a number of different people and all worked out, all tour operators were close to the hotel and arrived to collect us on time.
Would stay again no issues.
Dont forget just on the corner of the hotel is a great place to sit on the street have a beer and people watch for an hour.
enjoy Ho Chi Minh

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper possibly stay on higher floors
