Everything seems so great except the motorhike parking service. There's a bulletin of "free keeping motorbikes" means no charging on guests who stay at the hotel, so if the security charged me 5k for a temporary parking is still ok for my SG friends staying at your accomodation. But yesterday, some of my VN friends used the same service as I did but they did not have to pay 5k. I think it was unclear and I need an explanation. Thank you.

Booked into here by our tour company.
What I expected of the room for what we paid.
It is clean, it doesn’t smell ok feel unkept.

It is not modern but the bed is comfortable and they arrived with pillows minutes after requesting an extra.

Breakfast was ok.

Leave extra time if getting laundry done it was quite late, but reception was very helpful.

Location was magnificent a comfortable walk to Ben thang market and the war museum and other local attractions.

Don’t be ripped off by local coconut sellers who offer you to hold for photo then insist you pay 150000 because they cut the top off already.

This hotel located close to most city attractions. There are many eateries around. There is a large super market in walking distance. Breakfast buffet was ok. But no refilling most dishes after 8. Take breakfast early.

We stayed for 3nights, just checked out yesterday, with the arrangement by local travel agent.
Clean room, some rooms are spacious. Sound proof of the room is poor, we can clearly hear what the people talked outside the room, or next door. Breakfast choices are acceptable for a 3* hotel, but no change/rotation of menu for the 3 nights we stayed. Helpful bellboy (of course they are expecting "happy money").
Convenience location with Family Mart and other 24-hour convenience store in front and around. Approx 10min walk to CoopMart and 20min walk to Ben Tanh Market. 5min walk to a nearby park. Not a crowded area like backpacker street or Ben Tanh.
