Absolutely stunning, right in the middle of Hanoi, would defiantly recommend as essential place to visit.

Stopped by here when in Hanoi because it looked nice.

Not the most amazing place I've ever been but was pretty nice and entry is very cheap, doesn't take long to get around, maybe an hour or so maximum, but defo worth popping by if you are in the Hanoi

We expected to see some examples of calligraphy but maybe we misunderstood. It was still very interesting and worth the walk. If you are short of time I think this one could be left out

Beautiful, well maintained historical complex. Some educational information in English is provided. Very inspiring. We were lucky to watch the graduation ceremonies there.

Besides being a beautiful building this temple is where knowledge were worshiped for years in Vietnam. It's a way also to understand how knowledge was spread in Asia: in beautiful gardens, not in a classroom.
