The hotel is new, nice design, simple but modern with price so good. Its take 5 minutes go to the main road, near many restaurant like BBQ ( that was awsome kinds of fresh foods), cha cha xot ( just small but delious foods)
Good location you can go to the center. night maket, shopping speciality DaLat as well, also you can walk to the lovely Xuan Huong lake easy from here.

The beds are so comfortable, bring to me deep slept, super clean and neat.

Mr.Rot is really character, you smiles all the time by the way him joke. Him family so friendly and helpful what do you need. They speak English very well.

Access to the kitchen down stairs where good basic breakfast is on offer every morning from whatever time you want :).
Absolutely about secret tour you must to join and adventure by yourself. Mr.Rot excellent a part tour in the village. You will open your eyes to see real life of highland people there.

Good place for stay and good tour for join.

Mr Rot hotel was our home away from home, the family is totally professional, also super friendly, helpful and will look after us in every way possible. The hotel is located in a quiet valley, far from the busy streets but centrally. The room we stayed was super clean, comfortable beds and well priced.Best sleep of our trip in all hotel we had stayed in Vietnamm.Breakfast was delicious. We had a choice everyday from bread roll, noodle soup,eggs,yogurt,cheese,jam,coffee,fruits...That was good enough for us to start for the day.
After a week of trip in Vietnamm while trying to fit into the scorching weather and starting getting a bit of over-head with the touristic hassle,mr Rot secret tour was just what we needed.if you would like to manage to observe, understand and experience the true live of vietnamese tribe people, then this is the best choice. The knowledge and information i achieved during the day with Mr Rot far exceeded my expectation.Mr Rot secret tour turned out to be one of the best experiences we had in our trip to Vietname.
Will definitely recommend the place to any of our friends travelling in Vietname looking to see the "real color of the nation".
thanks again to Mr Rot,Kim and all the family staffs.

Let s clear up some secrets:
Hotel is cheap and clean but full of mosquitos.
During weekend use hearplugs. Karaoke bar close to hotel till late in night.
Breakfast: good if you are on dieet. Let s call it a snack. One peace of bread and jam one coffee.
No drinkwater in room.
Can get better in vietnam for the price they ask even if it s cheap.
About the tour: you won t get any info about what you do and see..that s the secret lol...well now i know why!
Rent a motorbike and go yourself discover dalat. You will see and learn more than during this trip.
No water in the bus and a very poor vegetarian lunch for 10 hours.
A lot of wasting time with a lot of blablabla about Vietnam culture that everybody already know.
The 2 guys including mr rot were sick! One had fever and was contagious. So unprofessional when working with tourists
The illegal visit in the village like mr explained was an interesting act ending with selling stuff handmade. If you look around the house you get in you will notice the difference and realize how they really live in that village.
A lot Of good comments about this hotel and tour were the reason of my booking.
Good for very low budget...
I won t do it again and won t recommend it.
You can find cheap everywhere in vietnam with better quality and at least won t get sick because of them! So unprofessional!!!

Positives: Location, close to some great BBQ restaurants for dinner and 15 minutes walk to the night market. Beds, the best I have slept on in Vietnam. Free minibar for Lunar New Year Negatives: Mosquitos in the room, 30+ on arrival, had fun dispatching them but it should not have been the case. Breakfast is included but very limited, packet noodles, packet rice, bread and eggs. Better to walk one street up and take the local street food. You need to share one table in their Kitchen, so its more like a hostel then hotel. Staff very pushy to promote the famous secret tour, 2 days in a row they tried to sell the tour, even I had a motorbike and can see all attractions by myself and partner, and repeatedly said no thanks!

Room Tip: Middle rooms have no window.
