Reviewed 27 April 2016

Located at soi Post Office what is between beach road and second road. Too close for walking street, too close for Avenue.
Perfect place for single travelers. No questions from reception. After 5-6 pm reception out from hotel but have a phone number if need help.
Rooms bright and big. Put sign "please, make my room clean) on the door for every day cleaning. Yes, towels and sheets are not fresh. Mabey it's the only negative moment for me.
And if you're not in a good shape - do not take room on high floors - tough stairs, no lift.
One sade have windows on soi and you can see the sea but small balcony, other side rooms have ...have no view (on next hotel or smth) but a huge balcone where you can see a squirels running on wires :)
So, it is a small budget hotel where you will not be asamed to bring a lady from high class a gogo. For family trip - not the best choise. For single man trip - definitely deserve your attention.

Pros:
1) The Hotel comes at a very competitive price , at which you have nothing to regret and everything to smile for
2) Excellent Location - Pattaya Beach 2 minutes walk, walking street 5 minutes walk , 7/11 downstairs - what else you want
3) Rooms are decent with air con , fridge n hot water...air con is good...Free wifi also..

Cons:
1) No Lobby, no restaurant ( do you require a restaurant here?, with so many food joints nearby? )
2) Stair is very stiff..No Lift...

Room Tip: If you don't mind climbing stairs, go for higher floors

A win, truly.
500 baht - top floors (it's a walkup to the 5th floor - 3rd floor is missing)
600 baht low floors
(low season)

Staff doesn't speak much English but... most don't in Thailand, anyway.
Keypass entry at night.

Recommend.

Room Tip: top floors are cheaper and less noise from the street. besides, your exercise gets built in!
