The hotel is a well-located resort, the buffet breakfast is ample, the Club Grand room is spacious with a nice bayview, service is friendly and attentive.

My rating reflects the above positive assessment. Nevertheless, there is one disappointment.

The Club Lounge includes daily free happy hour beverages and snacks. In the past this was a pleasant, civilized, social interaction occasion.

This year, the happy hour has become an overcrowded, greedy food shoveling dinner buffet so noisy that talking has become difficult.

Thank you very much for your review and feedback. We are glad you overall enjoyed your stay. I take note of the point highlighted with regard to the Club Lounge and I do apologize for that. We have in plan to expand our lounge into two areas to accommodate more guests and also to emphasize to all our guests that we only provide cocktail snacks/hors d'oeure during happy hours and not a buffet dinner. Again I apologize for the annoyance and inconvenience caused.

All the hotel staff are friendly and serve you with the best quality, the hotel is clean and location is perfect, food is very good, the room we took was great, swimming pools are very good and the beach is very clean

We were lucky and booked during their sale Direct with the hotel
Just join their Dusit Gold club for free in advance of booking to get the best deals
We were welcomed and brought straight to a private members check in lounge on the 8 th floor
This is where complimentary tea coffee snacks are served all day
The best part is from 530 until 730 complimentary Alcoholic drinks
Lovely red wine and of course the odd gin and tonic
Breakfast served on 9 th floor for members only away from the busy buffet on the fourth floor
The sea views are cool
Staff friendly
Free water at the poolside
Room service very efficient
Leave out laundry by 10 am and get back the same day. Wow
Three pieces a day free
All in all well worth the extra few euro
We moved to the Mercure hotel nearby and paid about 20 Euro less for one night but no facilities like The Dusit
So will we be back to The Dusit ?

One or two small negatives
If you don’t like pigeons on your balcony then think twice

Stayed 4 nights here and honestly wish could've stayed longer. Great location, got upgraded first time ever so were really excited. Top floor (8th) and room was enornous! Great brekky buffet with absolutely everything! Definitely worth including.
Room neat and tody, lovely fittings and furniture, loved, loved the pillows! Can buy them also if room to pack.
Only con was balcony deck chairs old and tired with burn mark on one of them.
Pools were lovely as two of them, although gets busy with people as its very large resort. Well appointed and staff were awesome, concierge helped us with taxi booking to next destination and check in staff along with room service, breakfast waiters and waitresses cannot fault.
Garden/waterfall indoor atrium just spectacular!
Would come back here in an instant if ever in Pattaya again.

Lunch Dim Sum with friends at the Chinese restaurant on 8 th floor . I have had The Dusit Dim Sum many times over past 5 years and it is always excellent. The choice varied,the quality exceptional and the service impecable.
The chef and dim sum menu is the same for many years and all are cooked on the premises. Highly recommended . In the evenings there is a conventional Chinese menu which isI good but expensive.
