Sutus is going down hill fast girls running the front desk have no idea what they are doing you book a room two months in advance you get there sorry full then they give you an upgrade and then all of a key it away when the realise it. So if you do stay here make sure you stand your ground and ask for the one you booked as there are idiots running the front desk, don't think I will stay here again.

Have stayed 4 times due to the location and reasonable price but am fed up with it.

- The room furniture is dated but the wardrobes and drawers have a musty smell which makes storage difficult.

- To say the rooms are cleaned is a euphemism. Balcony floor never wiped, room floor always has dirt, water never put in fridge, table never tidied or debris put in bin, sheets not changed until requested (4 days!), sink left dirty, no new soap given, personal cups and room glasses not washed.. VERY POOR SERVICE !!

- Apart from one or two on reception almost all the staff are surly and unsmiling. They never respond to a "hello" or "thank you" generally blanking you. I witnessed a guest give a basket of chocolates as a leaving present and the receptionist (older lady with glasses) didn't even look up to make eye contact let alone thank him !! Disgusting !!

The waitress in the "restaurant" is unsmiling and rude, Thailand is called the "Land of Smiles" the hotel makes it the land of scowls !!

Room tip: Don't expect friendly or decent service

I stayed a month and for most of it I had a poolside room which I loved! The staff for the most part are very accommodating and polite. The hotel could use some updating but for the price it’s a great deal. I love the location. I will be back!!

Needed a last minute place to stay because of a change of plans.. 480baht for a small room in Sutus Court 5 was exactly what i needed. The room was dated, but very clean.
I'd definitely stay here again in the future.

They have great shared facilities like a pool, restaurant, etc..

Staff were always great.. easy going and polite..
