This is our first stop on our return to Thailand. We decided to stay in Pattaya instead of Bangkok this time and this hotel was recommended to us by our Thai friend that we will be visiting this trip. The Hilton is nice all over the world and this one is no exception. The room has a stunning view of Pattaya bay. We spend a lot of time at the pool and eating at the rooftop bar and restaurant. The food is quite good and the view from the rooftop bar is to die for. I must say that the service was excellent and we are considering staying here again before we fly back home.

Great hotel and excellent location, one of the reasons to come back. I understand check in time policies. That is a reason to ensure you don’t over commit on early check ins. However asking a suite paying guest like myself who paid 12500 baht a night for five nights to pay extra for checking in 5 hours early was disappointing. I asked “is the room available” Answer- yes. “Are you full?” Answer - No but we charge..... how silly can you be. I can’t count how many people I told this story over Christmas and NY and they all told me to comment on this forum. Maybe the team will be more customer friendly next year - because still a good hotel. Hyatt and Starwood do better on this front

Fantastic..... staff Krit and Prague USA and one other how helped me in New Year’s Day take special mention. Staff are world class and a massive credit to this special hotel...... world class Hilton you won’t disappointed.

Great bikers to boot as week.

Definitely worth staying here if visiting Pattaya. The staff are fantastic providing great service and making you feel very welcome especially in the executive lounge.

There is a large variety of food available and the hotel has good overall facilities including a decent gym.

I would definitely considering staying here again. Well done guys.

We had difficulties start from the beginning of booking: the hotel management offered several conditions, but they weren't available each time we sent a confirmation (within 24h) from our side. At least the third booking confirmation was finally successful.

The hotel itself is located above a shopping center with many markets in front of the hotel and direct beach location. A very central location with many entertainment options. If noise and loud music does not matter to you, the location is great.

Rooms are very nice but already a bit dated. The veneer is peeling off the furniture and on the ceiling of our suite was a large moldy water damage. In addition, the air conditioning was broken and was repaired only after our multiple complaint. We were offered the room to exchange, but it was too cumbersome to pack the bags again, as no exchange in a better category was offered. I think if you pay over 350, - € per night for a suite, at least one benefit should be offered, if such serious deficiencies occur. Apart from the fact that in a hotel of this category no rooms with water damage on the ceiling should be rented.

The room staff and staff at the pool and executive lounge is very friendly. The lounge access is worth it, as it serves free drinks and appetizers throughout the day. Very convenient, if you do not feel like leaving the hotel.
The staff in the large restaurant at breakfast borderline, as soon as you enter the restaurant after 10h, you will not even been asked for coffee.

We have been members of the Hilton Club program since 2012 and also been Gold Members. But the level had dropped a lot, so we didn't booked for a long time at Hilton hotels. This year we tried again but it was a disappointment. I have to say there are much better hotels in this category and it was not worth the money.
