our bangkok agent booked us in this suites, it's was better than expected. Impeccable suites and services for business travellers. Very efficient staff, well appointed hotel and unbeleivable bakery. will return for sure with family to enjoy more of it. much recommended place to stay in pattaya.

Its an expensive hotel and does not offer quality that one
expects from such hotel. Very poor service - i had an early
flight and baggage and check out took 30mins !!!
may be their main hotel is better but suites are not that
good.

Woodlands Suites Serviced Residences thank you very much for your review. We do apologize and feel sorry to see that you have not been satisfied with our services and facilities. Our room rates are known to be extremely competitve in relation to the level of services and high quality facilities offered. Several Fortune 500 companies are sending their guests to Woodlands Suites Serviced Residences knowing they can rely on us. Also our service staff are on stand-by 24/7 therefore a 30 minutes waiting for a bell boy in a 74 rooms property doesn't seems realistic. We do not deny that sometimes guest will have to wait for a bell boy, as handling other customers, but the wait is never more than 5 to 10 minutes. As a hotelier our primary goal is to have satisfied guests, therefore I truly apologize should you were disappointed. Also I hope you will give us another chance as we have welcomed thousands of satisfied guests over the years. Once again thank you for your valuable review and we shall use your comments to ensure our services are continually improved towards our customers.

This is a great small hotel to stay at. We are a family of five and had two rooms for 3 days. The staff and the general manager were wonderful and helped us whenever needed. The hotel is a little off the beaten track away from walking street. The breakfast spread was really wonderful. You cant help but make it your brunch and skip lunch. You can rent a car or bike and keep there also. Worth a stay!

i went back to the Woodlands for 2 nights this week, and as always, everything was perfect. from check-in to check-out i can not think of anything that was missing.

the best thing about this place is that whoever i take there thinks i am the best guy on the planet. i have yet to take anyone there and not have them continue to keep saying, as if it were a mantra, "this is a really nice hotel, the pool is so beautiful, its so quiet, the bed is so comfortable, and everybody (staff) is so nice and polite." truly, Woodlands never fails to get this response.

you have to try the bakery out in the front of their adjoining sister hotel, Woodlands. it is french style and impeccably authentic. i had a simple apple tart with cream, and it was simply heaven. the coffee is also great there. fresh and aromatic. despite being very crowded the service was spot on too.

so thanks woodlands for a great stay and making my friends feel so at home, AGAIN!

After visiting Woodlands website as well as reading Tripadvisor's pages I booked Woodland suites for us (2 + a 13 years old daughter) for our two week Pattaya holiday. My expectations vere high due to Tripadvisor recommendations and I was wondering whether they ever coud be met. But Woodlands managed to even exeed them! Our executive suite was just perfect: we had lots of room, very comfy beds, well working equipment and internet connection, nice view to the pool.
We got the pool almost to ourselves as the suites side was not crowded and we used the pool mainly in the morning before noon. It did not bother us, that the pool was in the shade after 3 pm, as we used the morning hours for swimming and sunbathing and did short trips around Pattaya in the afternoon. Our daughter is a swimmer, and she dominated the pool - but most of the time we were the only ones there after all.

If I had to pinpoint one fault, I would complain about noisy airconditioning. It was kind of loud, but you got used to it in a couple of days. Everything else was just perfect. My husband is a very choosy what comes to breakfast. Almost all his peculiar needs were fulfilled (how to fry eggs, what kind of juice he drinks etc). We had the resort's buffet breakfast once due to it being served already around 6 am as we had an early start to a daytrip to the Flight of the Gibbon - which was exciting and fun trip, I must add.

The apartment has it all: well equipped kitchen, ironing facilities, two flat tvs, dvd, cd, inroom safe, hair dryer etc. Service was excellent, clean, safe. There is also a fitness center and also business center with computers available.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is a short walk to the Dolfin roundabout, where you can easily hop in a songtao. And a plus: restaurant Kiss serves good food 24 hours a day with a very very cheap prices at the roundabout!

I can recommend Woodlands suites to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I travel a lot both business and private. I would defenately choose it again, should I come back to Pattaya.
