We were booked in another hotel on the island of ko samui but were not happy with our hotel and come across this place on the day we arrived.
It's on the more peaceful and less commercial side of ko samui that is suited us. We stayed for 8 nights and did trips from here. we totally loved it!! The bedrooms are massive and all look out to the sea. Bruno Bridgette and Stephan treated us like family so we can't wait to come back next year!! Thanks guys we love you !!!!! Ps : we missing the lazy cat Coco!!!!

Very bad service and very unfriendly staff, they only speak French to you and don't take any effort to speak another language. They just expect you speak French to them.

Room cleaning very bad, there were cockroaches everywhere!

I will never go here again, there are a lot of other places where you can go where you get a way better experience for a lot less.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days while we were in Koh Samui. We originally booked for 3, but loved it so much we wanted to stay longer. When we even wanted to extend our stay a sixth night, they did not have room but were able to accommodate us at a villa near by- they moved our stuff and we loved that place too.

The French couple who owns the place was awesome. They were hilarious and kind and so were their staff!!

Also, the location was perfect. This street has EVERYTHING!! On Wednesday nights the street it is on turns into a fun night market- we had a blast shopping and eating right next to the hotel!

We only ended up eating at Anjali once. The food was good but a little pricey, and there are plenty of great places to try just a minute walk away! We LOVED "About Cafe" a few doors down and wanted to eat breakfast there everyday.

Seriously, we have such fond memories of our time at Anjali. I wish I could do it all over again.

We stayed here for 5 days.
Had lunch only once because I thought it was a little bit too expensive for what's offered.

What we ate was good, for sure.
But sometimes you just have a certain amount in mind for lunch or dinner. In Thailand baht750 for lunch seems a bit over the top for 2 small beer, a club sandwich and a "fried sandwich" with salad.

On the menu it says "croque Monsieur 'American style."
My travel companion expected a traditional croque Monsieur and not a club sandwich... quality was ok.

We were staying (family of four, old ones plus 12 and 10 year old) down the beach at Santiburi Hotel - and bumped into this place along the beach. Stunning location, fun and quirky set-up (French family owned, free pool table, plenty of food and drink - indeed the biggest salad nicoise I have ever tried to eat!). We ended up here a few times, occasionally dancing the afternoon away with the older French couple who own it (encouraged by their son Stef!). Great spot, fun and relaxed. Good food. Lively drinks. A hotel too apparently - which has a boat arriving each day to drop guests off right on the beach, or take them off to Koh Pang Yang. Might try that next time!!
