“Excellent location - everything close by”
Reviewed 10 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

We were very impressed with the set up of our one bedroom 1 and a half bathroom condo at Twin Peaks condo 606.

If there were any criticisms I would say that the owner needs to maintain the cleanliness of the modular fabric lounge. It smells dirty and the throw cushions smell like old sweat. Not nice.

There is a pillow in the wardrobe that is covered in sweat and has a drop of blood on it. I generally sleep with two pillows but opted out of using that particular pillow. That needs to see the inside of a bin pronto.

The owner of the condo picked us up from the airport and took us to a money exchange that he trusts. He also gave us a run down on the area which we found quite helpful as an information base.

Would we return? Yes we would. We didn't have any worries about noise or any loud goings on. We were pleased that there was a laundry on the exit of the alley leading onto Chang Klan Road. Most helpful. A 7 Eleven was directly across the road as well. Markets are nearby and everything within walking distance was most convenient.

“Ideal Location PLUS Everything You Need”
Reviewed 3 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

Our family of three stayed in Chiang Mai for two months, needing two bedrooms for our teenage daughter and ourselves, and wanting a modern apartment with gym and pool facilities, within walking distance of the markets and city to make the most of the great food here. The dream was to enjoy our usual routine and pop out to experience Chiang Mai! We learned about Twin Peaks in an online blog and immediately contacted Perfect Homes to arrange a booking. Not only were they quick to respond, they understood our needs and provided images and information about the apartment which was available for the time we wanted it. On arrival we were greeted warmly and shown to the apartment which was exactly as we expected, roomy, bright and modern. The swan towels on the beds made us feel very special too. We explored the facilities immediately and have since used the gym and pool almost daily. The pool especially has been brilliant during the very hot summer months. On occasion we required assistance and the onsite team and they have been fantastic, with a fully manned reception happy to provide copy and print services and friendly staff to welcome us each day. The cleaning staff are fun and friendly too, so wonderful to have the beds made and fresh towels three times a week. All the basic mod cons you need are here, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and a washing machine with drying rack outside on the balcony and TV (which we connected to our laptop to stream movies using a HT connector we brought with us). We hired scooters during our stay and they have been easily parked and watched over by the capable security team. There is also ample bicycle parking and car parking. The thing we love the most about Twin Peaks, apart from the fact that it easily became home for us, is it's location. Situated on a quiet laneway, just off Chang Klan Rd, 5 minutes walk to the Night Bazaar and all the wonderful street food, a 15 minute walk or 5 minute scooter ride to the old city, Moat etc and easy to go in any direction to explore Chiang Mai and surrounds. We visited the Nimman area, which we had considered an option for accommodation, and are so thankful we chose this side of the city as it's less pretentious, more family oriented, more locals and hidden away noodle bars and down-to-earth people. Twin Peaks has been a wonderful home for us while in Chiang Mai, we recommend it highly for no fuss, easy living, within walking distance to everything you need and a quiet spot with great facilities

“Even Better In Person”
Reviewed 23 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Apr 2016
Best host I've ever had for a homestay. Richard was so busy with all of his properties on the first evening of Songkran, but made time to come personally get us from the airport (two separate trips). Property was even cooler in person than the pictures could describe. Richard made sure our every need was taken care of and constantly checked up with us to make sure everything was running smoothly. Provided lots of maps, suggestions and advice and really made our exceptional. On the last day he showed up with croissants and made sure our transportation back to the airport was all set. Awesome stay!

“Great apartment, landlord was very conscientious”
Reviewed 20 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

The apartment was very well maintained-small issues were immediately resolved by this very conscientious landlord/lessor. We would confidently rent from this person in the future.

It was our first trip to Thailand after a lot of research.Contacted Richard and am so glad i did. He responded very quickly to our enquiry. He met us at the airport and made us feel as if he'd known us for years. We stayed at the Riverside Condos with views of the Ping river. If we had any problems Richard was quick to help and give any information we required. His assistant/tour guide ,Na is a lovely lady who can arrange tours for you to various places around Chiang Mai.They make a very good partnership. We stayed for one month and enjoyed every minute. We will definitely be back and hope Richard can accommodate us again. If you are looking to visit Chiang Mai then Richard is the man to contact for excellent service and value for money.
