We had a lovely stay here for 5 nights. The hotel is very clean and modern. The artwork all over is very cool. The staff were also incredibly helpful. We didn't book a lot of excursions while we were there, but they had all kinds of booking services. They always helped us find what we needed, whether it was food, a fun market or the post office. We thought the location was excellent. It was a short walk to the night bazaar, and maybe 15 minutes walking to the Warorot Market. It's just outside the old city, but there are nice alleys for easy walking in to the main center. It's quiet and away from the crazy bars so you can actually get a good sleep. We barely used taxis or tuk tuks because walking was just so easy. All the staples were good (breakfast, hot shower, WiFi, air conditioning). They even have a nice bar for reasonably priced coffee, tea and alcohol. We'd highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Chiang Mai.

I tried to stay in different hotels whenever I visit Chiang Mai, mainly for golf. The tour company booked me into what he referred to as "something different". Its really something I didn't expect, its small and looked like a boutique hotel, but the price is not "cheap" either. I was told I could have stayed in Imperial Mae Ping for the same price. Nonetheless, I gave it a try. I was on the top floor (4th floor) with a balcony, a deluxe room. Because it was facing the road, lots of noises from cars and bikes. The drapes are useless to block much light so at night, still "bright" from outside. The tiny bathroom, the toilet is close to the table and the shower recess, equally small. Breakfast is included but not the buffet style we're used to. Basically you ordered from 6 different cooked menu set. Finally, I tried this hotel and will never return for what they charged.

Room Tip: Deluxe room with balcony

My boyfriend and I spent 5 nights here and thought it was a great deal. We are in our late 20s and wanted something a step above a hostel and this checked all the boxes!

The hotel was quiet and staff were very helpful and professional. There was free wifi which worked reasonably well, a mini fridge in the room, and a pool with free towels and a cute area for hanging and eating breakfast. The location was perfect! Walking distance to a nice river front dining area and also to the old city with all the fun bars, markets and restaurants in that area.

This is (relatively) a budget hotel so there were expected shortcomings (the bed was a little hard, AC was a little loud, hotel breakfast leaves something to be desired) but a great value nonetheless!

The room was perfect, was very clean, 10min walk to city centre. Lobby was beautiful, pool was small but always quiet, felt very private. Staff where fantastic. Probably better for couples other than families.

We stayed here for 6 nights and found the staff extremely helpful. In particular Hong did a great job of organising our activities and no request was too much. The room itself is modern and comfortable. Our room was near the pool so was a bit noisy at times but the pool closes at 8pm so never had an impact on sleep. The location is close to the night market and close enough to walk the old town too.
