We were invited to join colleagues from Chiang Mai university at a private room for dinner here last week. It was a spectacular meal, replete with delicious birds' nest soup, Peking duck, and a birds' nest dessert...along with various other delicate seafood dishes and vegetables. Service was impeccable (and an accidental wine spill that occurred during serving was handled gracefully and professionally. Soda water was brought out to help remove potential stains and everything was fine in the end). All in all, this was a truly spectacular meal, and the waiters and chefs were delightful/talented/professional.
