Enjoyed the variety of tasty food last night very much. The hummos and pork teriyaki were both very delicious. The other dishes were equally good. Outdoor seating only. Give it a go.

We had two really delicious tapas meals at jagajee/barfry. The food is well prepared, very tasty and it mixes the traditional 'tapas style' with Thai flavours. Excellent quality food, lovely wine and good value for
Money! A good find in Chiang Mai!

Great tapas spot in Nimman. Lots of choice all at 50B per portion. You can go and see them on the counter or just order from menu. House wine available by carafe. Good value. Also tried the gourmet fries. App food was delicious. Only complaint was that only option is to eat outdoors with no fans. Might have to wait for it to be cooler before coming back!

We came across this tapas bar two weeks ago and found it interesting. A guy was having a tapas on a bar table and had his thumb up and said we have to try. He was having a bean with potatoes which was not appealing at all. So we gave it a pass and never thought of coming back. During our stay we have tried some very delicious sushi, Italian food and Thai food. On our last night in Chiangmai we wanted to try some thing else and saw the good of Jagajee on the TA and decided to give it a try anyway. After trying it the only regret we have is discovering it too late. We should have tried it earlier on so that we could have it again and again. Al. The tapas cost 50 Baht each Ned bread 20 per basket with olive oil. The bread was tasty and have been slightly toasted. Most of the tapas are on display in the kitchen so that you could just pick the one you like. It was written on the menu that you could ask for something that you have tried in the past but is absent on the menu on that day. Tapas includes salad, Irish stew, broccoli fried with chicken, cashew nut and red pepper purée that comes with bread, olives, Thai sausages etc. Service is very good. Only one waiter was working on that evening and he was busy doing basically everything apart from cooking (he is also the one making the French fries though). But he was still smiling all the time without complaint and even talked to us about his future holiday plan. The other thing worth mentioning is that there was an old gentleman who came along carrying his own homemade macaroon and croissants and bread and the restaurant allow him to sell the stuff to his customers. I did not try but the stuff looks very good and I would have tried the bread if I was not leaving on the next morning. The bill turned out to be exceeding cheap despite the many dishes we have tried. This is the place where we will return the first thing on our next trip to Chiangmai

We, wife and I, recently sold everything back in the states (not kidding) and relocated to Chiang Mai on a permanent basis. We arrived on Jan.1, 2016 and spent approx. 10 days in the Nimman area prior to signing a 1 year lease on the east side of the Ping River. We love it over here with one exception...we are too far from Jagajee!

We first found this place by just walking around and stopping in for a bite. We actually had several bites after all it is tapas style. We came back the next night and did it again. It is now a 20 minute scooter ride, without traffic on the inner ring road, to get to Jagajee and we have eaten there probably 6-7 times now.

This place is small, casual and totally chill. I'm almost 60 years old so i don't use the word chill unless it is warranted...great vibe and relaxing. The food is fantastic, the pricing is easy and this guy "Vin" knows his way around the kitchen. It is our "go-to" spot...the kind of place we brag about. No MSG, Preservatives, or other Crap...When I ask my wife where she wants to eat...Jagajee!

So yea, we screwed up. We should have moved closer! This place is great! We were going to go again tonight but apparently Vin is working on his tan while enjoying an adult beverage(s) until Friday. He better not get in a scooter accident!!
