No soap or water in the room. No clean walls. not even a good and proper door knob and lock to feel safe. You get less than what you pay. I was tired and couldn't go further to find a proper accommodation so booked it. But after a few hours went out and found a better place with the same price.

We stayed 3 nights in a private room here and only had one main complaint and that was the heat in the room. There's no aircon, just a fan that only seemed to blow hot air at us. Apart from that it was a good place to stay.
The location in brilliant, in the old town city centre with places to eat drink and visit very close by and the rest of the city centre a short walk away.
The rooms and shared bathrooms were clean, the communal garden area is peaceful and chilled and the wooden main building has a great traditional vibe. You can book tours at the reception desk, although we didn't, the staff are friendly and the whole site was nice and quiet at night.
A few tiny issues like the bed was very creaky if you moved too much and in the morning we heard the staff talking loudly as they walked past our window. But it had very little effect on our stay.
Would stay here again.

This place was quite a find after we were looking for a cheap room for about 20 days. We ended up going there more for the dog than for anything but we loved it. Super friendly, specially the manager who's got a funny sense of humour and is very helpful. The communal area is great for a chat or just to relax if you don't want to mingle. Rooms are big but it's a wood house so take your earplugs. Toilets are cleaned twice or thrice daily and shower is hot! Highly recommend it!

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the front house if you need constant internet.

Stayed here for nearly 2 months. It's clean, very clean and Tuk the manager is awesomely helpful with am incredible dry sense of humour. I love the garden and the general friendliness of every one without intruding. It's managed and staffed by females. Just love the place. Also it's central

Continues to be my favourite budget hangout around here. Sadly as anywhere it attracts some rather inconsiderate noisy travellers, but that is how things are anywhere. The garden and courtyard are still nice places to relax. If you are a smoker you will be extra happy as most of the NO SMOKING signs have gone and guests puff away at will at the tables. I am a on smoker so feel obliged to drop my rating as so many tourists are somewhat either unaware or just plain inconsiderate of the dicomfort and health risk they inflict. I do feel the management are very negligent in this respect.
All OK in other respects
