Located within the refreshingly-green courtyard of the Lanna Architecture Centre, it's pretty easy to miss this attractive little cafe (especially since the whole place is "concealed" behind a 5-foot tall red brick wall). Basically, walk along Ratchadamnoen Road (where the Sunday Market is held) towards Tha Phae Gate, and you'll find this spot on your right-hand side. Being in the former capital of the Kingdom of Lanna however, you must not miss the opportunity to visit the museum and so, why not stop by for a cuppa afterwards?

The Thai coffee served here is strong and tasteful (if you sit inside the cafe you get to see the hostess prepare your pot), and the cakes are mouth-wateringly delicious (though I did wish they have more local fares). It can get pretty hot during the day (no ACs, only ceiling fans). The prices are about mid-range, I'd say.

There's a nice, functioning cycle-rickshaw outside with which you can take pictures (and the hostess seems more-than-glad to play photog for me and my friends). We came early on a Monday morning and had the shop pretty much all to ourselves for a couple of hours. All in all, a lovely break from all the shopping and spa treatments.

This is a small cafe hidden inside the architectural museum of Chiangmai. Many travellers walk the inner city, which is really interesting, but can be exhausting from the heat and the chaos and noise of the road. To find an air-con oasis on the ground of a colonial garden is a breath of fresh air. The owner is a coffee enthusiast, so she is meticulously selecting the varieties of beans and also the methods of brewing the coffee. She also presents "Coffee Flowers Tea" in a pot, which is like an aroma therapy. I'm not a shake person, but I've seen her customers ordering all those fancy fruit shakes. Worth visiting and try out all these little treats. Cakes and mousses are also great, but they are like a side dish to the drinks they serve here. Big clear glass window gives the view of a historical temple that you can watch all day with delight. The owner is cool and welcomes all long term sitters at her cafe <3

Tucked away in the corner of the grounds of the Lanna Architecture building, this was a lovely little cafe. The staff were lovely, and the passion fruit shakes and strawberry jelly delightful.

Went in to meet a friend and see the Lanna house - was pleased to see this peaceful little cafe. I had the butterfly pea ice tea, flower salad and a cake- good quality. We ended up staying a while because the atmosphere was so nice. I've since been several times.

The owner is very friendly and always goes above & beyond in making sure her customers are well-taken care of.

Great coffee using Moka Pot/Syphon brewing. Her homemade chocolate truffle is lovely.

Great place to hide away from busy streets of Chiang Mai with a serene feel of the past.

Loving it here!
